Does Rajeev deserve to be in Final? - Page 2

I don't think Rajeev deserves to be where he is today in this competition. I was shocked to see him getting chosen above Debojit and Abhijeet. I used to think highly of Khayyam (& never really cared for Kumar Shanu & his nasal voice)... but now I am seriously wondering about the musical wisdom of Khayyam. And I did not agree with Twinkle's win that day either.

I hope the voting public will do justice to the better singers. But then again, I do not believe that Janata's votes are based on pure musical talents either.....

looking at those episodes the judges seemed less interested and miserable. lol makes daler mehndi look like a better judge as he took the time to count how many times they out of sur. it was weird how someone like rajeev could knock abhijeet off when previous contestants couldnt do it except hemachandra. as for debojeet i could under stand him knocking abhijeet off but he should of done it in the green card round not when fighting for the blue card

Rajeev is certainly way down than Abhijeet. Let's see how he does in the real world

I have more faith in Jantha...ppl may have thier favorites but overall Janta seem to be better judge than some of the judges

I dont agree. Janta 's votes is usually decided using their heart more than brain. They tend to go by face value and sympathy factor than the real talent.

Be it that way,but janta will support only those who truly deserve to win.Even in fame gurukul,janta voted for the most deservent competitors,rather than talented ones,because the latter do tend to get over-confident and also arrogant.

Janta knows whats best for whom,and they will only support the one whom they like.As for Rajiv,i'm not quite as fond of his voice as I am of Debo's or Vineet's.

its a shame that singer like rajeev is in final and singers like abhijeet,dilshad and irfan are out!! shame on AS for over praising rajeev and shouting and dominating all the mentors, shame on you AS

I don't like Rajeev's singing. People like Dilshad, Irfan, Aishwarya, Bhumik (those last two were my FAVES!!!! 😭 😭 😭), and even Vishwaas were much better singers. Rajeev has weak surs and has been extremely lucky to constantly get through the rounds. In one round there was a tie-breaker between him and Bhumik which he managed to win despite Bhumik singing much better. Bad judgment from the infamous Alka Yagnik. God... I HATE that woman... no offence to her fans... but she ruined the entire competition... 😡

It's not that I don't like Rajeev at all. He's not the worst singer of the lot, but definitely not good enough to enter the final. By the way, what are we currently on? Semis or Quarters?
