Thanks for the great update!
I haven't watched the epi yet, but I was thinking about Indu's sudden U-turn in character, and I suddenly realized something.
I've been getting wound up at how selfish he's behaving recently, but then hasn't Indu always been that way?! I know he finally was willing to leave Sanchi's life, sacrifice the president's seat, and let his heart be broken into a thousand pieces for her, but how long did it take for him to come that point of selflessness?
A heck of a long time! And let's not forget a part of the reason he was ready to walk away from his marriage and Sanchi, was because he believed that she would never love or accept him. I'm not trying to take away from the fact that he was putting her happiness before his, nor the fact that he had acknowledged his many cruel acts towards her. Still nevertheless a part of him selfishly admitted hopeless defeat, and he couldn't bear to live with her after that.
Right from the beginning Indu has been selfish in his love for Sanchi; her desires, wants and needs came second to his. He didn't care that she never wanted him in her life, let alone never loved him; as he loved her, he wanted her by hook or crook.
In all fairness his happiness did line in making her happy, as it does today, but he wants to keep her smiling and laughing on his terms and conditions.
The difference from the old Indu and this Indu now is that before he would do everything openly, and without shame. But now he sneaks around, and is almost gleeful of pulling the wool over poor Sanchi's eyes.
What I hate the most about this Indu isn't even the lying and scheming, what I can't stand is the fact that he looks so smug and proud when Sanchi praises him, on deeds he clearly hasn't done! Grr I hate that he hold his head high, when Sanchi boasts about him, when he knows that he's double-crossing her!
Oddly by contrast Sanchi has turned completely selfless in her love for Indu. Right from the start, during her realization stage, even when Indu taunted her, she was more worried about his reaction to the news of their upcoming divorce. She gets upset when people talk ill of him, and rushes to comfort him. In short she puts him and his desires first. Lol expect when the matter of uni comes into the picture!
But still overall since her announced her love for him; she's become very malleable and eager to please around him. Bless her but she gets so happy, when he blushes and smiles! Plus she always sports a delighted grin, when he compliments her, and looks at her in awe.
Sigh she literally lives, and breathes him...
Which is why it'll hurt so much when Indu's truth comes in front of her. Groan, overall I'll argue that Indu does love Sanchi very much, but at this moment in time he's doing precisely what Sanchi used to do to him; taking her love for granted.
I think now that Indu knows he has won her heart he believes that she will be his forever. He has yet to realize only one battle has been won, and the War is still ongoing. Lol the hardest and final battle begins now for him, as he must fight to retain her love and respect!
Waiting for the day he truly realizes this, and attempts to be true to himself, whilst striving to be the man Sanchi wants and needs him to be...
@Rash thanks for clarifying! I nearly burst a blood vessel yesterday, at the thought of Indu having an affair! May the CV's never bring us such a day in RJN! Lol although I wouldn't mind Sanchi accusing him of having one, then later finding out she was wrong, and thus attempting to pacify his wounded pride by being all lovey dovey!
@Sharadda and Namak love your analysis guys!
@Selvi aww no holi today...lol never mind play it with full josh tomorrow!

As usual, I hated all the Shobha drama and felt she got too much screentime...
Still not liking this Indu with no guilty conscience 😔
The boys were adorable when TCM came to see them. Loved Guddu calling him sasurjee 😆The whole scene with the servant and all the "will he tell on them or not"-suspense was the best scene of the episode for me..now I wonder how Sanchi will get to know the truth...would love it if Indu himself confessed but that's definitely not going to happen so there goes my wish! lolPrecap was good! Wow Indu looked so angry, he was even scaring me 😆
You know what Suki.. I stated exactly the two points you've stated above in different replies...

He wants her to go on with her life, while he with his - following his own norms. He'd possibly earn money here and there...treat his friends/wife when he deems necessary...and use muscle-power when required... He doesn't understand the seriousness of the issue and Monday is going to change that...being the fearless brute he is, I was glad to see that he FINALLY HAD to bow down to the one he loved/one who loves him...he has no justification of any sort. Watching Sanchi's angry glares, I actually cheered her for a change!

What troubled me is how Indu was happy that his 'troubles-had-been-covered-up-for-then' rather than feeling guilty that Sanchi was blindly trusting him...frankly if I was in Indu's place.. guilt would be eating me up (hopefully not, since I don't plan to take up Gundagardi as a profession for now...)
@ Namak, lol I agree Indu has a lot to learn about how to treat the one you love! Like you too I was happy when he confessed to Sanchi how she taught him love couldn't be forced. Sigh I just wish he'll realize that all the pain and suffering he went through to win her heart, will be all in vain, if he continues on his current path...
@Sharadda, I actually can't believe how pleasantly surprised and pleased I am at how CV's have portrayed Sanchi in love. Although I'm very much a biased member of team Indu, recently I've found myself warming a lot to Sanchi. She's so cute and sweet around Indu these days, and it's adorable how she being such petite fire-cracker herself, is still nevertheless the only one who can control the big hulk Indu!
And rightly said she hasn't given up her morals, rather thankfully she's shed her vile snobbish and high and mighty attitude.

Now, I'm grinning like a cheshire cat reading your analogies...
