Diya packs her belongings. Before leaving, she looks at the room just to check if anything is left. Ratan- Haan haan, ache se dekh lijiye, kahin kuch rah to nahin gaya na.. Kyunki, aaj ke baad aap iss room mein kabhi waapis nahin aane waali.. Main aapko kesar mahal se ab kahin jaane nahin dunga..

Diya- Yeh to waqt hi bataayega, ki hum kesar mahal mein kitne din rukenge..

Ratan- Don't worry, meri waqt se aur Upar waale bhagwaanji se, setting ho chuki hai, unn dono ne mujhe, aapke saath zindagi bhar rahne ki permission de di hai..

Diya- very funny...!!

Ratan laughs and moves closer to Diya. He says-To chalen, wifey..!!

Diya- kya kaha aapne?

Ratan- Maine kaha- wifey. Ab apni biwi ko wifey nahin bulaaunga to kya bulaaunga... Ab to aapko, iski aadat daal leni chahiye, atleast agle 2 mahino tak... Agle 2 mahine, ab yahi word aapke kaano mein goonjega... Wifey... Wifey... Wifey...(Here, Ratan scores his first point against Diya, in this 2 month's long match)

Diya- Bas, bas... Hum samajh gaye... Ab chalen?

Ratan- Haan, haan... chaliye...WIFEY..!! Ratan is enjoying calling Diya, Wifey... And it's irritating Diya, as its diverting Diya's attention and focus from her agenda/aim of going back to Kesar Mahal.. But deep within her heart, she is actually loving it, Ratan calling her, his wifey..

Both reach Kesar Mahal..

Ratan is carrying Diya's luggage in one hand and Diya is accompanying him.. Diya is about to enter the main gate, when Ratan holds her hand and stops her.. Diya looks at Ratan's hand gripping hers, from the wrist.. Ratan's touch sends a wave of shiver in Diya's body (Ratan scores another point here). Both look into each other's eyes..

Ratan- Wifey, zara rukiye...

Diya- par kyun..?

Ratan- Zara wahan dekhiye... He signals Diya to look in front. She finds Kaakimasaa, Sakshi and Esha coming with pooja ki thaali and all other things needed for their grah-pravesh.. Chote thakursaa, Yash, Ayush and Mohak banna are also waiting for them. Nobody in Kesar mahal knows the 2 months' Deal between Ratan and Diya.. They think that Diya has willingly agreed to come back, without any conditions..

Diya- yeh sab kya hai?

Ratan- Itne saalon baad, main fir se apne saath, apni wifey ko ghar la raha hun, to yeh rasam to banti hai, right? Kyu, kaakimasaa?

Kaakimasaa- haan, Datakukum theek kah rahe hain sain, diya thakraani saa..

Diya- thakraanisaa..?

Saakshi- Ab ratansaa, datahukum jo ban gayen hain, to aap ab thakraanisaa hi to kahlaayengi.. kyun?

Esha- haan, diya baisaa.. I mean thakraanisaa...

Kaakimasaa- Humne aapko jaane se manaa kiya tha, par aapne kisi ki koni suni.. Chaliye achcha hua, datahukum ne aapko manaa liya, aur aap waapis aa gayin sain...

Ratan- Manaane ka to poochiye mat, kaakimasaa... Kitne papad belne pade mujhe, Diya ko manaane mein.. But, m happy that she agreed.. Ab kabhi inhe apne se dur nahin jaane dunga... Theek kaha na, wifey? Diya gives a hesitant smile to Ratan..

Kaakimasaa applies tilak to both Ratan and Diya and says- Chaliye, Diya thakranisaa... Ab kalash ko apne daayen paanv se gira kar, aap dono ghar mein pravesh kariye..

Ratan- Chaliye, diya..

Ratan still hasn't let go of her hand and he tightens his grip as she moves her right foot forward to tilt the kalash (pot) laden with rice . Both step inside. Diya now twists her hand forcing Ratan's grip to break, but he is not letting her go.. His grip becomes stronger.. Ratan whispers in her ear- ab to yeh haath kabhi na chutega..

Diya- achcha ji.. dekhten hain..

Diya- kaakimasaa, hume aashirwaad nahin dengi? Ratan, chaliye, aaiye.. Kaakimasaa se aashirvaad nahin lena kya? Aaiye?

Ratan now has to release Diya's hand so that Diya can touch Kakimasaa's feet. He can see the pride in Diya's eyes, as somehow she has gotten off Ratan's hand.. (Diya scores her first point now). Both touch kaakimasaa and chote thakursaa's feet and take their blessings..

Diya whispers in ratan's ear- hume pakad kar rakhna itna aasaan nahin, datahukum..

Ratan- Yeh to kuch nahin, wifey.. Abhi to poore 2 mahine hain mere paas.. Aap dekhte jaaiye, main kya kya karta hun, aapko apne paas laane ke liye... Waise, abhi aap mere saath mere room mein hi aa rahin hain na? Aur, room ke liye bhi mere paas kai saare ideas hain.. Aaiye, room mein aaiye to sahi aap... (Ratan is confident of scoring many more points, tonight). And Ratan's confidence is scaring Diya a little, but she is not showing it on her face...

Mohak- Arey datahukum, aaj to aapka janamdin bhi hai na, kyun na cake cutting bhi ho jaaye, ab to hum sab saath saath hain.. kya kahte hain..?

Ratan- Nahin mohak banna, Abhi hi to Diya aayi hain, aur main bhi thoda thaka hua hun. Aaraam karna chahta hun.. kya cake cutting zaroori hai..? Ratan winks to Yash and signals him to intervene and handle the situation.

Yash- Haan, haan, kaakusaa. Aap dono ko aaram ki zaroorat hai.. Cake cutting to bas formality hai.. Hum sab, aaj aapke birthday par saath hain, yahi sabse khushi ki baat hai.. Aur iss-se zyada kya chahiye..? Aap dono apne room mein jaa kar rest kariye.. Kyun daadisaa, humne theek kaha, Na?

Kaakimasaa- Haan, yash banna. Aap bilkul theek kah rahen sain.. Datahukum, Diya thakranisaa, aap dono apne room mein jaakar aaram kar lijiye.. Yash banna, aap thakranisaa ka saamaan kamre tak pahuncha deejiye..

Yash- haan, daadisaa.. Ratan and Diya go to their room.. Yash is following them with diya's luggage.

Ratan opens the room.. Diya also enters the room, followed by yash..

Ratan- Diya, welcome to my room, our room.. I hope, aapko yeh room achcha lagega.. Ratan points to the balcony and says- Diya wahan balcony hai, wahan se bahar ka achcha nazaara dikhta hai. That area is very relaxing.. Diya actually knows everything about the room, as she had been living here for past 12 years.. Then he points to the washroom and says- aur wahan washroom.. Before he cud finish his sentence, Diya says- hume pata hai, hum 12 saalon se yahin to raha karte they... Ratan is surprised (bcoz yash had told him that diya used to stay in different room). Ratan looks at Yash and gives him an angry stare. Yash holds his ears as if to say sorry.. Ratan understands that Yash must have said so, just to handle the situation, when Ratan was asking continuously about Diya and her belongings..

Diya picks up her suitcase and opens it.. She starts searching for her mobile's charger..

Ratan whispers in Yash's ear - yash banna, mujhe abhi jaldi se ek cake chaahiye..

Yash- abhi to aapne neeche kaha ki, aap cake nahi cut karna chahte..

Ratan- Wahan neeche, sab ke saath nahi cut karna chahta.. Yahan, Apni biwi, Diya ke saath, akele mein, cut karna chahta hun.. Aap samajhiye na..

Yash- Oh.. Wow.. Kaakusaa, Kya planning hai aapki.. Biwi ke saath akele akele celebration.. hunn? He pokes Ratan with elbow, in a way to tease him..

Ratan- jaaiye na, yash banna.. plz jaldi keejiye..

Yash- haan, jaate hain.. Yash leaves..

Ratan looks at Diya, who is still sitting near her luggage trying to find something. He says- diya, apna suitcase achche se unpack kar leejiye, kyuki ab to aapko yahin rahna hai..

Diya- iski koi zaroorat nahin padegi.. hume jo chahiye hoga, hum suitcase se nikaal lenge.. Hum yahan settle hone ke iraade se nahin aayen hain..

Ratan- aapke iraade ka to pata nahin, par mera iraada kya hai, yeh to aap achche se jaanti hain na, wifey..

Diya- ab yahan koi nahin hai, Ratan. Humey baar baar wifey kahne ki zaroorat nahin hai, aapko..

Ratan goes near Diya and makes her stand next to him. He holds her shoulder and says-dusro ke liye aapko wifey kaun bula raha hai, Yeh to main khud ke liye, humare rishtey ke liye kah raha hun.. Jo actually, sach bhi hai.. Kyun hain na aap meri wifey? Abhi bhi mera aapse rishta hai na, shaadi ka? Maanti hain na, aap mujhe apna husband? Kahiye?

Diya doesn't say a word, she is just looking in his eyes, which are seeking answers from her..

Ratan- Kahiye na Diya.. Aap mujhe abhi bhi apna husband maanti hain ya nahin..

Diya doesn't want to lie.. She still believes in their relationship, she still sees her husband in Ratan, she still loves him a lot.. But she doesn't want to say all this, to Ratan now..

Ratan- To iska matlab aap mujhe apna husband nahin maanti?

Diya immediately says- nahin, humne aise to nahin kaha..

Ratan- to iska matlab maanti hain, right?

Diya- humne aisa kuch nahin kaha..

Ratan- par mujhe pata chal gaya, wifey.. Ratan winks at Diya (Ratan scores another point, here)

Diya now trying to ignore Ratan- hum jaake fresh hokar aate hain..

Ratan- hummm.. jaaiye..

Diya goes to washroom. Meanwhile, Yash had brought a cake and he gave that to Ratan. Ratan decorates the room with candle lights and keeps the cake on the central table of the room..

Diya comes out of washroom. She finds the room all decorated and sees a cake on table..

Ratan -aaiye, chaliye cake cut karte hain..

Diya- abhi to aapne neeche kaha tha ki, aapko cake nahin cut karna hai..

Ratan- Haan, baaki sab ke saath nahin karna. Sirf aapke saath karna hai.. chaliye aaiye..

Diya- par...

Ratan goes near Diya..

Ratan- Diya, maine bahut saal wait kiya hai, aapke saath apna birthday manaane ke liye.. Main yeh khaas pal, sirf aapke saath celebrate chahta hun.. Kya aap isme mera saath dengi.. Mere iss pal ko special, sabse special banayengi aap?

Diya- Nahin, hume neend aa rahi hai.. Hum aaram karna chahte hain ab..

Diya actually doesn't want to spoil this moment, she herself wants to make this moment very special for Ratan, but she is acting to be harsh and rude to Ratan, so that it's easy for him to leave her after 2 months.. (Diya scores a point here, being Rude to ratan)

Ratan doesn't say anything, but Diya's rude behavior makes him very sad. He is hurt. His eyes become wet. He turns around and goes towards cupboard, to get his night dress.. Then he goes to washroom, to freshen up..

Diya feels very bad for hurting Ratan's sentiments.. She didn't want to do this..

Diya (in her mind)- Diya, tum bhi na.. Itna rude hone ki kya zaroorat thi, Ratan ke saath.. Abhi 2 mahine hain na tumhaare paas, Ratan ko pareshaan karne ke liye.. Aaj ka din to chod deti.. Unka janamdin kharaab karne ki kya zaroorat thi.. Tumne bhi to Ratan ke saath yeh din bitaane ke kitne sapne dekhe the.. Tum khud bhi to, iss din ka intzaar kar rahi thi.. Itna harsh hone ki zaroorat nahin, Diya.. Ratan ki yeh aakhiri baat maan jao, aage se unki baat mat maan-na.. okay? Sirf yeh aakhiri baat.. Kal se unko pareshaan karna shuru karna, aaj ke raat ko baksh do, okay?

She goes near table and lightens the candle on the cake.. Ratan comes out of washroom.. He finds Diya sitting near table, waiting for him..

Diya- Aaiye na.. Birthday khatm hone ke baad, cake cut karenge kya? Aaiye, der ho rahi hai..

Ratan feel immensely happy that finally Diya has agreed for this.. Ratan goes near the table and sits near Diya.. Diya- Chaliye, candle blow kijiye..

Ratan blows the candle and Diya starts clapping. She wishes Ratan a very happy birthday. She wishes the best of everything for him. Ratan cuts the cake. Diya picks up the first slice of cake and feeds it to Ratan. Ratan too takes another small piece and offers it to Diya. Ratan feels very happy. For him, this is the best Birthday celebration he had in last 12 years, with his best fren, his beautiful wife. He feels very emotional, he hugs Diya with so much affection and love.

Ratan- Thank you Diya.. Aap nahi jaanti, main aaj kitna khush hun. Yeh mera best birthday hai.. Aapke saath.. Aapke saath yeh pal bitaane ke liye, kitna tarsaa hum hain, aap nahi jaanti.. Diya, aap mere liye bahut special hai.. Aap mere liye sabse important hain..Diya, Thank you, thank you so much, for giving me this strong friendship, and this beautiful relationship, which I cud never find with anyone else.. Aapke bina, mujhe nahin pata main kya kayunga, jee paunga bhi ya nahin,main nahin jaanta. Main zindagi bhar aapka saath chaahta hun..Aur main jaanta hun ki, aap bhi yahain chahti hai.. Par iska ikraar nahin kar rahin hain..

Ratan pulls himself back.. He cups her face and says-- Diya, I promise, main aapke mann se yeh dar, yeh galatfahmi nikal dunga ki, humara rishta bemail hai.. I promise... Aap bhi maan jayengi ki humara yeh rishta bahut special hai, aur yeh kabhi nahi tootega..

Diya is very impressed hearing all this from Ratan, her heart too believes in all this, but her mind is not letting her heart to take control. Ratan holds her hand. But Diya's mind is in denial mode and she says- hume aapki baton par yakeen nahin, Ratan.. Hume ab jaane dijiye.. Ratan is surprised to see Diya's reaction. She tries to release her hand from Ratan's grip, by jerking her hand back, but his grip didn't slip. Seeing Diya trying really very hard, Ratan lets her go.. (Diya scores one more point here, against Ratan).

Ratan- Aaj aap meri baton ka yakeen nahin kar rahin hai. Par, jaldi hi aapko meri har baat par, mere pyaar par bharosa ho jayega.. I know..

Diya goes near bed, as she wants to sleep now.. Ratan also moves closer to bed, from the opposite side..

Diya- aap yahan kahan aa rahe hain?

Ratan- kahan matlab? Main bhi bed par hi sota hun, floor par nahi, Wifey..

Diya- par hum dono, ek saath, ek bed par?

Ratan- haan, ek saath, ek bed par hi to soya karte hain, husband aur wife.. jo ki hum dono hain...

Diya- Hum aapke saath, yeh bed share nahin karenge.. aap wahan udhar so jaaiye.. She points to a cot-cum-sofa in the corner...

Ratan- No ways, main wahan nahin soungaa

Diya- To theek hai, hum wahan so jaate hain, aur aap yahan bed par so jaaiye..

Ratan- Sounga to main aapke saath hi bcoz u r my wifey. To ab aap decide kar lijiye, ki aap mere saath, iss bade bed par sona chahengi, ya fir uss chote se cot-cum-sofa par. Waise, I don't mind sharing that cot-cum-sofa with u, intimacy achchi banegi wahan par, kyun? Wat do u say?

Diya- Hargizz nahin.. Aapke saath wahan to bilkul bhi nahin..

Ratan- To jaldi decide kar lijiye, mujhe bahut neend aa rahi hai.. He yawns.. (Ratan has scored one more point)

But Ratan can see tension on Diya's face.. Ratan- Diya, relax.. Main mazaak kar raha hun.. Aap yahan bed par aaraam se so sakti hain.. Diya feels relieved..

Ratan- Par main bhi yahin sounga, iss taraf.. Diya, I promise, main aapko zara bhi pareshaan nahin karunga.. Wahan, aapki side, bilkul nahin aunga.. Aap uss taraf aaraam se so sakti hain.. okay?

Diya trusts Ratan, so she agrees.. Diya switches off the lights. Both lie on the bed, but in opposite corners.. Then suddenly, Diya puts a big round pillow in between them.. Ratan gets up and switches on the night lamp.

Ratan- Ab yeh kya hai, Diya? Maine kaha na, main aapki side nahin aaunga? Fir yeh itnaa bada saa, pillow beech mein kyun? Mujhe sote hue, yun beech mein pillow bilkul pasand nahin.. Meri neend kharaab hoti hai inse..

Diya- yeh pillow hume apni safety ke liye nahin rakha hai.. Hume sote hue, kuch hug karke sone ki aadat hai.. Hum isiliye apne saath pillow lekar sote hain, humesha.. Aur yeh issi liye hai, sote hue hume iski zaroorat padegi..

Ratan- Par Diya, mujhe iss-se disturbance hogi..

Diya- isliye to hum aapko wahan cot-cum-sofa par sone ke liye kah rahe they.. Aap abhi bhi wahan jaake so sakte hain.. Woh jagah khaali hi hai..

Ratan (looks very irritated now)- Nahin, main yahin sounga.. Issi bed par.. Chaahe jo bhi ho jaaye.. Tolerate kar lunga main iss, achche mote khaase pillow ko, apne side mein...

Diya can see frustration on Ratan's face and it makes her happy..

Ratan (in his mind)- Ratan beta, tumse to achci, iss mote pillow ki kismat hai, jo diya isko hug karke soti hai..

Diya (in her mind)- Chalo, achcha hua, hume last moment par idea aa gaya, pillow wala.. Hume nahin pata tha, ki ratan ko itni irritation hogi, iss pillow se.. She smiles.. (Diya has now scored her last point for the day)

I just loved it❤️ I love this version DiRa😳 A loving husband trying to pacify his stubborn wife❤️ Uff this Diya become confused soul like our serial wala RatanShe's juggling between her mind and heart...she wants to keep Ratan happy at the same time she wants to be rude with him 😆😛 Hope Dr. Ratan love treatment gets her out from her confused mode soon and back to loving mode❤️
