Richa is young good looking but never shown any interest on any male/boy. She is always very protective towards Ananya. Is she actually interested on Ananya? 🤣

I don't think Richa loves kabir. it could just be a small crush..she likes being noticed by her boss just like every corporate employee.

I certainly hope she does not love Kabir. But the way she talks ill of Kabir all the time, despite the fact that Kabir has been nothing but a good and understanding boss, I feel sometimes that it is really not her protectiveness for Ananya, it is to remove Ananya from Kabir's life for some other motive.

But I hope I am wrong in that.

The other thing is that she is not interested in any boys, neither Ronnie nor Sunny nor Kabir, but she was hell bent on hooking up Ananya with Ronnie. That seemed a bit too much, and now all the time unnecessarily interfering in Ananya's personal life and speaking ill of the man Ananya loves, who also happens to be their senior and boss, just makes me feel she is not a concerned friend, just the opposite.

Also did not understand why she overreacted on learning Kabir proposed to Ananya and Ananya accepted. And now she expects Ananya's mom not to accept the relationship - how strange.

But though I find her strange, she is also very 'real'.

I dont think Richa crushes on Kabir... she just vies for his attention professionally...and fears ananya being his GF...will get advantage... fear of favoritism... fear of losing out on top spot coz of boss's GF... fear of losing out to someone who she calims to be afriends with but considers as immature kid...she even tells ananya tum abhi bachhi ho...as if she is very experienced...and ananya has been working in KKN for 4 years ...making her atleast 25 years old... n thats not bachhi...thats whr ronnie n she r diff...ronnie keeps repeating ananya bachhi nahi hai... while richa keeps telling ananya that she is a kid and doesnt understand all this...

Such ppl exist in every organisation... and they r real... they dont think twice before bad mouthing ppl behind their back if they think its going to benefit their careers...ananya with ronnie wud mean anu wont be boss's GF... making her less imp... thats y she keeps trying to get anu to be with ronnie n leave kabir,... such attitude is very bad but ppl like this exist everywhere...so richa to me is very very real
