Ranveer went and sat next to tia.her eyes were red.he could see the effort it was taking for her not to cry.he reached out for her hand and squeezed it.they sat quietly….not talking……throughout the whole ceremony.
They took their certificates and then sat throughout the whole function……for the first time in their entire college years….listening to all the speeches…and finally the vote of thanks.

Then finally it was over……the whole college errupted into cheers the minute jumbo congratulated them.
Everyone threw their caps in the air.they were free….adults now ……to do what they pleased….what they chose.
Everyone was congratulating everyone.ashi and yuvi came up to them.

Ashi:THAKUR!!!!! Badhai ho hum finally free hai wohoooooooo!!!!!!!!!!.
She pulled him into a bearhug.

Yuvi:yo dude!!!hum ab aazad panchi hai!!!ab hm apne pankh ko phailakar ….ud jayenge….
Flapping his hands to drive home his point.
Ashi laughed and pulled his cap over his face.

Ashi:aur ha!!!timbo!!!tumhe bhi bahut saare congrats. Tum paris jaa rahi ho na?design seekhne ke liye?

Tia(trying to smile)ha…ha ashi.and congrats to you tooashi…yuvi.

Yuvi: tumhe pata hai ……mein PEHLA kaam kya karne waala hoon?

Ranveer:kya?

Yuvi:main…apne ghar se move out kar raha hoon.dad ke saath rehna was difficult enough when I was in colege….lekin unke saath unke ghar mein….no ways!!!mein to paagal hi ho jaunga.

Ashi:rite.hum dono ne saath ek flat rent pe liyahai.

Tia:KYA???tum dono saath rahoge?

Ashi:NAHI dumbo.humne ek NGO start karne ka faisla liya hai.mama ne mere liye bahut investments kiye hai.mujhe paison ki kami nahi hai.maine socha ki aur paise kama kar waste karne ke bejay koi social kaam karu.

Yuvi:haan. Main bhi.mujhe bhi paiso ki zaroorat nahi hai.aur mein mom ke business mein bhi partner hoon.so no probs.waise ranveer tumhara train kab hai?

Ranveer:train? Looking at tia,ha…who…kal…bana.

Ashi:ok toh phir jaldi jaana aur jaldi wapas aa jana ok?ok thakur ab hume chana chahiye.enjoy your holidays .and call alrite??

Ranveer hugged ashi and yuvi tightly.

Ranvver:ha ashi.il miss u.
Ashi pulled yuvi of towards her mother befor he could respond to ranveer.

Ranveer turned towards tia.

She simply took his hand and both of them walked towards the car.ranveer was staying over at tias house that night….and was leaving for sanganer in the morning.
Sumit ahuja hadnt been able to attend the function because of a seminar in geneva.

The car ride home was silent…with ranveer trying to make small talk….and tia barely listening.
She got out of the car as soon as it came to a stop and ran up to her room.

Ranveer caught her just as she was closing the door.he came inside and shut the door behind them.

Ranveer:tia ….ap kyun kar rahi hai aisa?why are you making this more difficult?

Tia(almost crying)tia kaha kuch kar rahi hai ranveer?tum jao….aur apni packing finish karo.
She sat down on the bed,suddenly overcome.

Ranveer sat down next to her and pulled her close to him.he hugged her tightly….burrowing his face in her neck……breathing in her essence.

Tia held him tightly…..starting to cry.she didn't want to leave him……didn't want him to go……oh why was this happening!!!!

Ranveer:tia….. please mat roiye.bas kuch hi dino ki toh baat hai.phir hum saath honge tia.aap dekhna….yeh teen saal aise chale jayenge.phir aap wapas ajayegi,aur phir….phir……

Tia:aur phir? Tum wapas aa jaoge? Tum apne parivar ko …chodkar aa jaoge ranveer?
She shook her head bitterly.tum nahi aoge.tum apne ma..apni behen ….apne us school ko chodke nahi aoge ranveer!!!!

Ranveer didn't have an answer to that.he took her hand and kissed it.
Tia came closer to him and touched his face tenderly.

Tia:Tia ko tumse koi shikayet nahi hai ranveer.tia tumse pyar karti hai.aur tum jitna bhi de sako….tia who le legi.her voice broke.

Ranveer pulled her closer and kissed her.they came together as if there where nothing but them in that world……losing awareness of everything around them.ranveers heartbeat went into overdrive.he pushed back her hair and kissed her neck….her shoulder….his hands slipping to her waist.tia pressed his head down…..experiencing feelings she had never felt before…..scared….but unable to stop.
Just then….

KNOCK KNOCK
