A very good question,, ppl keep on cribbing out Paro's characterization forgetting abt some equally glaring facts.. Now some ppl with their respective POWERFUL PENS will jump in and try to change the view point,, hai na,,😛😆

Well i feel that 8 years is a very long time, long enough to inculcate some genuine feelings,, And if the thing is about physical relationship , then the attachment is all the more strong,, i refuse to accept that sex is done only for enjoyment,,, If u hav sexual fling with a same person for freaking 8 long years,, u r bound to develop a soft corner,, which laila is claiming to hav ,, and wants from Rudra in return,, frankly i can understand her pain... just not the means with which she is trying to achieve that,,

and Rudra calling the same woman BAD is beyond me,, that means he just used her body to satisfy himself,, ab laila good ho ya bad,, who cares,, as long as she is willingly doing it,, kya farak padta hai,, and being a girl i totally detest this mentality,,,

You've asked a very good question. I have been wondering about this since last few days.

She must be really good in bed. But no husband will dare to confess it to his wife.😆

apt answer,...Thats what Laila was good at and that was the thing he needed ...and so he was with her not paying a heed to what in person she is ...😉 😆

And I think initially he didnt think she was bad, but I think he changed his opinion after the haldi incident. I think that Paro was in danger because of Laila and that was a game changer for him.

Why doesn't he say it then?

If it's really the haldi incident, then he should have just told Paro. Isn't Paro still in danger? How does Laila staying in their house help?

ummm...as far as i remember it was not comfort that he found. he found an outlet...that necessarily did not have to have any bonding...
that is exactly what he is trying to explain to her. that he slept with the same prostitute for 8 years.
Now obviously that has to be difficult for Paro, but is playing match maker between them ...from any point of view...justified...to Paro or Rudra??

Rudra does not say Laila is a bad woman because she slept with him without any commitment for 8 years...he really does not seem the sexist type. She is a psycho who tried to kill someone...that is good enough reason to find someone 'bad' right 😆 also even after the haldi fiasco he was not as dangerous or mad at her as someone like Rudra is capable of being when somebody harms his loved one.He tried making her understand, tried reminding her that theirs had always been a no strings attached relationship..he did keep in mind that this is the woman who kept him sane for 8 years.
May be in real life it is impossible to not develop a soft corner for someone if you have been with that person for as long as 8 years but I can see why someone like Rudra did not have major feelings for Laila.

Soulspirit ji powerful pens also did a trp survey and realised that the entire neighbhourhood has stopped watching RR which will lead to trp's drop 😆😆 This was because ppl who were understanding paro and defending her were basically doing so as a defense mechanism and essentially a disservice to the show.
I still cannot beleive what I read yesterday

I don't think Laila was bad initially. She may have been his informant first then became friends with him. And she was comfortable with exploring a physical relationship with him without any legal or emotional commitments. Remember the episode where she comes to his quarters and tried to clean up, he tells her not to act like his wife. She says she doesn't want to be his wife as she would have to take care of his household and family. She was perfectly content being his bedmate and nothing more as she thought that's all he was capable of.
When Paro entered his life, he seemed to be ready for more, ready for the emotional ties. So she started to desire more from him. She didn't understand how Paro inspired care and tenderness while she didn't. He was not in a position to explain it because he didn't understand himself what he felt towards Paro. When he goes to get clothes for Paro from Laila, she warna him not to fall in love with anyone else that she will become a 'katnewali' if another woman becomes a part of his life. Its at this point she turns grey and goes from a woman of questionable morals to one who was rejected. The haldi incident is proof of this. That's when Rudra ends all ties with a finalty.
From his point he ended their relationship when she turned out to be a danger to the one person he cared about. For eight years he never cared about anyone, now he does. So Laila had to go out of his life for good.
