Good point
Maybe because he was a Janwar with mommy issues and only needed physical gratification
Didn't you know men with mommy issues can do all kinds of shananigans and get away with it
Now he has become human and sees the difference between a good and bad woman 😉

He only went to her for his needs, nothing more. Of course 8 years is a long time, but it was a consensual agreement between them, like most friends-with-benefits arrangements are. And I suppose he's always known Laila's true colors - as he mentioned to Paro when Laila showed up on their doorstep but he didn't care if she was good or bad until Paro came into his life- he had his man needs to be fulfilled. From the time he brought Paro to the haveli and started developing feelings for her though, he realized how crazy in love Laila is.

Both Rudra and Laila are handling this whole thing between them terribly: Laila is crazy and Rudra doesn't give her any explanation or closure. But I guess that's what happens when there's one sided love. Animosity becomes their true friend.

I think the haldi incident ...when Rudra cried loud and clear that the friendship between them is over!!!
And by friendship we all know what kind of friendship... ...Rudra needed one think...Laila provided it...
Rudra lives in certain area of India were any girl will not say yes to the type of relationship they had shared...their they are either prostitute or NOT! there are no middle ground from where Rudra and Laila are coming...there's no friends with benefit thing exist there...

But Rudra needed that...and Laila provided it...at that time his need was much greater than dwelling over what kind of person Laila is...is she good or bad.???...all he cared about was his need and nothing else...

He was with her till he wanted it...and now when Paro entered his life he no longer needs her...
And there is no question why did he live with her if Laila was this bad...because all mattered to him was, he is getting a woman who is giving him what he wants without any strings attached,... Just what he wants

I think paro is more bothered by what she means to him than the relationship he shared with laila. of course she is hurt hearing his confession but it is more about whether he will ever fully love her and accept her if could not love a woman who he spent so many years with.

Exactly, I'm sure there is a 101 things going on inside Paros head, she can't just be like hey, watever I don't give a shit about you and Laila.

Along with your question I have few, I agree he went to see Laila for frustration release, but where to her house or some sort of cathouse, how he bumped to her in the first place, how they both came to the accordance of "no strings attached", if it is no strings attached what benifit she received, if it is monetary how come a uniformed officer entertain such. What is the background of Laila in entertaining Rudra for eight years?
She knew that it will be not good under societal view, even though she did like that means she was developing a hope and that too for eight years means I won't blame Laila alone for that Rudra is also equally to be blamed for giving her the hope. He is telling bad, of course she mentalised Rudra will be her life partner if not now may be in future. If she is bad how he didn't noticed nothing in her before????????

Guys...Rudra went to her only for his needs...there were no feelings involved..(for sure not from Rudra's side, they both had an agreement thats all for first)
Later Laila developped feeling for Rudra and she told him... she is not "available" for any other man except him. This is when her possessiveness started. I guess that was the first step when he realized she is a psycho then left the city due to his job. .. she followed him and at the same time he met Paro and she tired to attack Paro. That was the high time to unterstand she is bad and mad!!!!

To vent his anger and frustration against awrats he used to go there. By treating her with bad mood and not caring what she feels he used to feel better in a way, I guess! He already gave the answer...he wanted to escape from his nightmare and wanted to take revenge against women.
