Hi Guys, caught the episode late...wasn't sure if I was going to post...but decided to make one..

First of all let me just say ...you know how much I HATE the major crying ...right? Well, that's still true...I REALLY REALLY REALLY HATE IT! It turns me off...

But...leaving that aside the rest of the episode was not bad...I will probably not make 3 posts today...like I usually do...but I will say what I liked about the episode...

OK...I have to say this...Ashish is a tremendous actor...and is able to show raw emotions...but the directors have to use him in a way that does not take the "hero" and the " attractive" factors from those raw emotion scenes...So, can I say it again...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not overdo it...Mr. Ghai... I understand you wanted to show the extent of the hurt he feels...all the abandonment issues...all the scars it has left...the real impact I had had...and you did all that...but remember at the end of the day ...we still tune in to watch a hero ...so you have to keep the attractive factor in...and not lose it...it is a fine line to walk ...but you have to figure it out...

So coming back to what I liked...
I liked the connection and the trust that is already building between the couple...
I liked his confession...about his inability to have a heart ...fully capable to love...
I liked his willingness to open up and talk to Paro about his deepest wounds...
I liked Paros POV...that yo don't choose to fall in love...you just do...
I liked the fear he expressed about being haunted by his past tha will not le him move on...

I liked Paros compassion for a woman in need whatever he background may be
I liked her ability to explain that each story can be looked at from different points of views...
I liked her sharpness to understand Laila's feelings towards the Major...
I loved her hearts capacity to love and forgive...to even someone like Laila...

Overall...lots of good things...if only they had curbed the Majors crying...
Oh well! We just have to ignore that and move on...don't we?

BUT
All said and done...
Laila in their room? What kind of twisted thing is that? Compassion and all is fine...but that's a bit too much CVs...I Hope they BACK OFF on that one!

Hi Sush- Great post. Today's episode was a tale of compassion, fear and connection.👏
Beautiful collage, Shweta.😊

I have divided it into moments again.😛

1) Emotional moment- Major starts off by saying that he is a stone devoid of love, he doesn't have any emotions. He is only fire who is capable of burning, he can hurt people but cannot love. Then he questions Paro Bai Sa that "Why does she love him?" He won't be able to love and don't waste your time on me. He also says that the injury is too deep, and whenever he tries to move ahead, his past comes ahead and makes him fall down. He didn't want his mom to come back and she did come back just to laugh at him. And yet today, when he laid his soul bare, and move up a little, Laila comes back into the picture. What an irony. It was heart wrenching 😛

2) Courageous moment- Paro Bai Sa is all courage today when she says "Why does poison have to be the answer to poison"?👏 In that case, it will be hard for him to love. And she knew exactly that his "Masa" is the hurting factor in his life and when she said 'Masa", Major just went loose.😊 I like how she was all ears listening to him and provided Major the comfort zone. Not only that, she told Laila that she knows that she has feelings for Major. She is one heck of a woman and this is what Major needs today, tomorrow and forever.😛 Major is emotionally fragile but when Paro Bai Sa is here, then there is no need to fear.

3) Anticipating moment- When the phone call says that somebody is standing at the door, and Major thinks that it is his mom. And he didn't know how to face this moment, so he held Paro Bai Sa's hand.👏 Loved that scene.

4) Protective moment- When he sees Laila, he lets Paro Bai Sa go inside and closes the door.😛He didn't want her to see or hear the "khabri"😆

5) Shrewd moment- I liked when Major didn't believe in any of Laila's excuses and as long as his mind is functioning, I am not worried.😛

6) Possessive moment- Major telling Paro Bai sa "Woh tera Pati nahi tha". 👏 What angst and you could feel his jealousy. It was smoking.😛

Since today's episode was all about Major's confession to Paro Bai Sa, I chose "Open Up" as the acrostic today.

O- Overflowing (The emotions were pouring today )👏
P- Painful- (How he talked about her mom who came back just to smile at him)
E- Effective (When Bai Sa said Masa and he just started blurting everything)
N- Near-to-his-heart (He could feel the pain and she could feel it)😛

U- Unstoppable- (Every hurt and every tear came out today)😛
P- Precious (How he held her hand throughout the weak moments and she let him do it)😛

Fab acting by the leads and both of them have expressive eyes which makes every scene so effective.👏

--------UnReserved--------

Hi Sush, lovely post. I totally second you on keeping the hero and the attraction factors intact. I love that Rudra is emotionally not as strong as Paro. Love that she is his emotional pillar. Love how they complete each other, how they fill each others flaws. But that doesn't mean Rudra is a weak man. Nope 😊.

I totally understand that talking about his mother is always difficult to him. That is one topic he never wants to talk about. But today he opened up about it which was a big achievement on its own. And I would have loved it more if that scene was toned down a bit. Well, the opinion differs from person to person and this is mine. It is all in the way we as an individual see things, Like Paro says.😃

Coming to the episode I can't say I loved it due to obvious person's entrance. Like I said, I am not a huge fan of this track . So I will try to avoid Laila and just talk about our love birds.

The continuation of yesterday's scene was wonderful. Rudra looked so confused when Paro gave him his pills. It was like, "How could she love me so much? How should I control my feelings? What if I hurt her?". Till today Rudra harassed her, yelled at her, challenged her, was rude to her, tried it in every mean possible way to push her away from him. But today he requested her, pleaded with her, tried to make her understand, warned her of ruining her life. All because he was worried for her, her life, her future, that he might really ruin her, that he can't love her like she does😔.

His every dialogue makes it crystal clear that he feels he is incapable of love. That he can't reciprocate her feelings, do justice to her love. That he is only good at hurting people... Why? Because of his bitter past which made him emotionless, love less rock of a person. Even though he realizes his feelings for Paro, he doesn't know what to do next. How to take the next step? He doesn't know how to let go of his past and move on as according to him his past never leaves him alone. It follows him, making him relive it, pulling him down, hurting him again. What he said was true in a way. I can understand what me meant. I mean, he did find his mother in the worst place possible in the whole world. He knows now that it is only matter of time before she walks back into his life and he is not ready for that.

I felt really sorry for that little boy when he said, "I stopped playing, never went any where because I was waiting for her." No child should go through that heart break. And Man! he was so scared of her walking back into his life. Who wouldn't be? Even though I don't know the reason why Mala left, I resent her for putting a child through that hell. This side of Rudra is so vulnerable, so fragile and may be that was what the director wanted to show by his breakdown. At least, that was what I derived from it. But creatives,
please. Emotional breakdowns can be a little subtle too. He need not breakdown every time to show his pain. There are other ways and Ashish is a fine actor. So use him well.

Paro was his listener today. Confused by her affection, he asks her, "Why me? Why love me?" and Paro gives him a perfect reply like always. Such wonderful scene. Through out the scene, she silently stands, listening as he pours his heart out, guiding him, encouraging him, ensuring him it will make him feel lighter, being his pillar of support. That was Paro today... his emotional outlet, his pillar, his listener. She was surprised to know his mother was back, but gave him his time to speak up. We might have wanted her to hold him or caress him but I think she was in shock from revelation of his mother's return. Sanaya was perfect. And Damn! that darn phone rings at the right moment spoiling everything. It was hard for Rudra to open up but he finally did. It was a huge step and takes lot of courage but he gathered it. Unfortunately things were still left unsaid. I wonder when we will get the continuation of this scene now.

Now for the rest of the episode. Loved how Rudra held on to Paro's hand for support as he prepared himself to confront his biggest fears of all, facing his mother. Enjoyed how Paro hides behind Rudra the second she sees Laila. Did I say how perfect thse two are for each other? He is her protector and she is his emotional pillar😉. I loved how Rudra jumped on Paro and snapped, "Thera pati nahi tha woh." 😆 Awww... Our Rudra is very possessive. I would love to see this jealousy side of Rudra a bit more in the future 😳. CV's please.

Paro who is more emotional fell for Laila's trick very fast. But Rudra is smart enough to catch her Bewakoof story and call Aman 👏. Seriously! what will Tejawat gain from torturing that women? It is utter nonsense. I hope Rudra catches this ladie's bluff soon and throws her out ASAP 👍🏼.

It is not even a day after Laila's entry and I am totally lost. Wonder how I will hold myself for this whole track 😕. Seriously CV's PaRud's bedroom. Is there no guest room in that huge haveli for Crying Out Loud ? Rudra you are my only ray of hope... please kick that lady out soon.

Glad you decided to post as I'm curious about the reactions to Laila and her entry.
First off I want to say that I admire Paro for her selflessness and compassion for a fellow human in need. Paro is an amazing character and sees the good in everyone and is willing to forgive behaviour most others would have a tough time forgiving. People would argue it's naive on her part to welcome Rudra's ex lover in their home and to be honest I"m not thrilled with the pre cap we were shown today. But then I realized that is who Paro is.

Having said all of that I must say I think Laila is full of crap. No one is after her and the wounds she had she probably paid someone to inflict. Her only purpose in being in that haveli is create trouble and make Rudra pay for discarding her and marrying someone else. Thank goodness Rudra is not naive and pure like Paro and is immediately suspicious of Laila's behaviour. He will never trust Laila even if she stays at the haveli and prostrates her self and asks for his forgiveness. His sixth sense is telling him to beware and the Major is many things but gullible and trusting he is not. It will save him and his Paro in the end.

Overall not a bad episode and I must say I agree with Sush - please stop Rudra from crying - I beg of you directors - it's just too much and I don't buy it. As the Barenaked Ladies say "it's all been done before" - in other words MOVE ON.

The other thing I can't stand is the BG music. Would love to find out why they use some of the worst BG I've heard in a long time.

Hi T...not quoting your entire post...but Loved the moments you have captured...
specially

He was always protective of Paro...but now he is getting possessive and protective of their relationship...that's why he closed the door behind him, gave the khabree explanation and quickly objected to the Pati reference...He does not want to lose the beautiful thing he has with Paro...

And OPEN UP is the perfect ACROSTIC for today!!👏

HI Indra! True that!

What I loved about it is...she is not doing it because she has no clue about Rudra and Laila...But she is doing it despite of it...It is not stupidity...it is...the sign of a self assured person...It is not in her to turn her back to a person in need ...for her insecurities...

Great point Sush! I thought about that after I had posted. It takes a secure person; someone who knows who they are to do what she has done. She has very strong convictions and beliefs. A moral code/compass that she will not change for anything or anyone. To me that is true strength because often times there is a heavy cost associated with it but to be able to stand your ground and continue to do what you believe to be right is an amazing thing.
