I agree with you. But there are few of us with this opinion .. Most will enjoy the degradation that Paro will suffer at rudra's hands, mohini will add fuel to fire. Rudra will defend her from mohini and viewers will go "awww .. He loves her" only for him to insult her in private. And viewers will still watch the show waiting for a long drawn redemption track. Why will cvs and phs change this when it sells?

Although I haven't watched a single episode of RR...

I have feeling it will be another Madhubala. Bear in mind Madhubala and RR under same production house. So plot and story will be same..

Such a shame, Cvs cannot think of any other story and bringing another hate marriage. Love have gone now a days in all shop dramas(Ipkknd season 2, saathiya, Madhubala and so not RR). Production house just emphasis on Trps. God bless our actors, that's all I can say. I have stopped now a days and will resume once this so called hatred track will finish.

Agree with you regarding the degradation of women. I am not an expert on desi shows, so I cannot generalize. I have watched and followed exactly 2 shows (both Sanaya's) which have "forced/hate" marriage. At least in the show that shall not be named, there were no witnesses, so the female lead could not be saved! Why was the whole Ranawat family mutely watching such treachery is beyond me!

I doubt you are alone.. trust me, my stomach churned at the sight of the whole marriage fiasco... he did marry her in the full view of his family but that is even more distasteful... here was a drunken man who was forcing a girl to marry him in full view of 3 men and 3 ladies .. Isn't Dhanveer a Constable? Why did he not prevent his nephew of committing yet another crime?


When the entire drama ends, Dhanveer welcomes her as the DIL of the house and Paro is comforted by his gesture? oh boy... what repressive and primitive plot... wonder when we will change our way of thinking...

true strength lies when a man can match my wit and intelligence of his opponent, play mind games and beat her at her own game rather than coercing and physically overpowering the opponent...

We all know that he will wake up tomorrow all remorseful with pangs of guilt and CVs would expect us to find it romantic and swoon...

Precisely , more than the repeat telecast hate marriage what was annoying was people were more than okay with it
Is every one delusional , parolet's not go there
A woman who is in love is not upset on the contrary is happy to be dragged in a disgusted manner and thrown on bed

To me it seems that all of BSD is in need of disciplinary action... the chiefs allow a Major to do what he wants with his arrest.. and now we find a constable being a mute spectator watching his nephew drag a girl around a pyre (well that is what I would call it) ... Paro is demented to go through with it and still say she loves her Rudra...

It was height of ludicracy to see them perform the welcome rituals for the newly wedded bride... 😆 did they seriously think that the marriage was solemnised... ? were they truely marriage wows - so why are they following through rest of the rasams & Sambars? What a load of crap!!!!
