KSBKBT FF Broken Ties 2 - A sister sent from heaven Pg1

I am writing an FF on kyunki Karan Nandini are main leads here with Mihir and Tulsi. Most other Charcaters are side characters based on story they will get prominence.

Story so far

Bhoomi hate Karan as not real dad. Karan gives her money she misbehaves with him Nandini rebukes her. Gunjan is 8 year old kid of Karan and Nnadini. Mihir and Karan love her very much and she makes them both dance to her tunes. Manthan comes to india after Tanya death few years later after completing his MBA in USA in secret. Manthan wants revenge on Karan and Nandini for betraying his mom Tanya and leaving him and his mom alone abroad. Karan has not seen Mantahn for several years as Tanya kept him away from Manthan in grudge that he loved nandini. Manthan targets his step sister Gunjan. Arjun Singhania saves Gunjan life. Arjun(parth) was brought up by Mandira cousin Durga and her hubby Rudra as own son in USA. Arjun finished his BE in USA and come india to visit his family. Gunjan gets close to Arjun after he save her life twice. Vikram does hit and run case and Arjun takes blame and gets arrested and tortured by police. Arjun(Parth) saves Karan from murder attempt and gets injured.

Part116 Arjun longing for mothers love

Arjun: Mom did not come

Payal: Shes there in her room resting bhaiya

Arjun definetly misses mom love

Arjun rememberedhow initially when Kumud would scold him for no fault of his he did notunderstand why his mom really did that. He would be confused as to how toplease her so that she gives him some attention. He always longed for some real motherly love.His dad although was business oriented atleast played on weekends with them ortook them on treks and trips. But his mom never showered him with that muchattention also. Vikram was her favourite and would get all her attention andRohit was a baby and hence was showered with attention. Sonali felt a bit leftout but Rudra would treat her like a princess when she was small. Arjun wastotally ignored and not only that mistreated. His only consolation was Sonali and Dadi. Dadi usually spent majority of her time in native village and came only once in a while. Sonali was the only person he had access to in his family anytime of the day.

Initially Arjun was a bit apprehensive about opening up to her and telling her his feelings.But one incident changed all those apprehensions he had about opening up to her his inner most feelings. Sonali had got A+ in maths in class and when she showed the test result Kumud was so happy. She hugged Sonali and made her favourite sweets and also told her friends who had come home that day about how proud she was to be Sonali’s mom. This surprised Arjun. Because he had never seen his mom showering so much attention on Sonali. Arjun had tried everything to please her and get her attention. This gave him an idea. He asked Kumud“Mom, if i get an A+ will you also make my favourite sweets and and hug me”. Kumud said “Yes” casually as she was busy discussing something with her friends. The sweets did not matter to Arjun,it was that one hug an acknowledgement of love and acceptance from Kumud.

He studied really hard and got an A+ in mathsexam in the test. He had literally ran when the teacher called out his name togive his marks card. The “A+” felt like he had gone to Mars. The rest of theclass he was so excited that he did not know what the teachers were teaching.His English teacher was very strict and when he saw Arjun lost in thoughts he told him to tell him what he hadjust taught in class. When he failed to do that he was punished but Arjun didnot let his mood dampen. Today was the day his mom was going to hug him andshower him with praise. He even practised in mind several times what he willtell his mom after reaching home. He ranto his car immediately after class and was angry on Vikram and Sonali forcoming slowly towards car. “Come fast or i will ask driver to drive off”he hadthreatened them. Sonali and Vikram were wondering what had gone wrong withtheir brother. Arjun refused to show them his marks card. As soon as the carstopped Arjun had jumped off the car and tripped and stamped over Vikram’s legsin that process and with only his marks card in hand and ran off inside. Vikram was in pain and thought Arjun waspossessed and told Sonali so.

Part117 Arjun begging mother

Kumud was sittingwith many of her kitty party friends.

Arjun: Goodevening Mom i am back home(all excitement)

Kumud: Goodevening(sarcastic tone, not looking at him)

Arjun: Mom i gotmy test marks sheet

Kumud was busyplaying cards.

Kumud: What is itArjun? I am busy now(not looking at him)

Arjun: I got A+ in maths test.

Kumud: Cannot yousee i am busy now, do not disturb(indifferent)

Any other day hewould feel bad and walk off. But not today. He had got what his mom wanted togive an hug an A+ grade in maths. Its only later in life he realized his mom never liked him irrespective of his grades etc.

Arjun: Remember mom you promised me last month that if i get a A+ you will

Kumud’s friendsinterrupt: Isn’t this the boy you adopted Kumud

Kumud: Yes hes my auntys grand kid whom we adopted

Kumuds friend:Quiet irritating he is. Teach him some manners Kumud.

Arjun not ready togive up his golden chance. After all he had got an A+ that too in maths.

Arjun: Mom youremember when Sonali got A+ you cooked her favourite sweets and and

Kumud: Oh ok, i remember

Kumud calls cook and tells him to make Arjun’s favourite-kheer

Kumud: Now can i go back to playing my card game and before he speaks starts playing cards

Part118 Arjun(parth) missing

Arjun turns backand feels like he had gone to mars and fallen back to earth in less than asecond. He drops the card on the floor and runs to the top floor. He climbsnear the water tank and sits in a corner heart broken.

Sonali sees this and picks up his card. Vikram wondering what went wrong with Arjun today.Sonali gives her and Arjun bag to maid along with marksheet and runs out to the top floor searching for Arjun. Sonali searches him in his room, everywhere ontop floor and gets scared.

She goes to Kumudand says “Mom, Arjun is not seen anywhere”

Kumud: “He must be somewhere around. Please do not disturb me now Sonali”

She runs to Vikram and says “Arjun cannot be seen, please help bhaiya”

Vikram least bothered and watching TV. Sonali switches off TV and literally grabs his handin desperation.

Vikram: What are you doing Sonali?

Sonali: Arjun is not there anywhere. Help me search him, i am scared. I saw everywhere garden,all rooms

Vikram: He must be somewhere around only

Sonali: Please na,come with me. We will search (has tears filling her eyes)

Vikram: OK, ok donot start crying now

Both start searching everywhere. Arjun is not to be seen anywhere.

Sonali: Where can he be?

Vikram ask: Lets search in attic where we sometime hide while playing hide and seek. Get a torch

Sonali gets atorch and both run to attic. Vikram climbs the attic and switches torch and calls out for Arjun but he is not to be seen.

Part119 Vikram angry on Arjun(Parth)

Vikram: He is not here

Sonali: You aresure bhaiya, see once more na

Vikram: I haveseen, he is not here. Lets go down

Sonali startscrying: What is something happens to him?

Vikram: Stopcrying Sonali. Where could he be? Did you check near water tank on top?

Sonali: its too steep for me to climb. I wasscared

Vikram: That is the only place remaining now.

Sonali: If he is not there also?

Vikram: Then, we will go and tell mom

Sonali: I told her. She did not listen (crying)

Vikram: I will tell her, she will listen. Stop crying now.

Both run to top floor and Vikram climbs the water tank steps and Rsahi stands below as steps are very slant and have no railings to catch

Vikram sees Arjun and gets angry.

Vikram starts shouting at Arjun: You are here. Do you know how scared Sonali and I were, I mean Sonali was? We searched everywhere. Because of you i climbed that dirtyattic. Are you listening?

Arjun still numb and not listening.

Vikram gets angry and bends down and starts shaking him,

Vikram: Are you listening? Whats wrong with this guy today? First you hurt my leg while jumping out of car. Then you disappear like moon on a moonless night. I am going and complaining to mom about your behavoiur today.

Arjun just stares but does to not respond to Vikram

Part120 A sister sent from heaven

Sonali somehow climbs the steep stairs after listening to all this yelling from Vikram

Sonali: bhaiya, stop it. Arjun is upset

Vikram: Upset m yfoot. Why is he upset? He was so happy in the car and threatening us to hurryup else he would drive off with the driver. Now he is upset? Come down nowonly. I am not going to come looking for you again.

Sonali: Bhaiya you go, we will come

Vikram: No way, i will not go without taking you both along. Who knows later on i may have to serach for both of you?

Sonali: We will come bhaiya, you go please

Vikram: Fine, do whatever. I am not coming back and leaves

Sonali kneels down and says “Arjun” and Arjun does not react.

Sonali sits and tells him “You are upset no”

No response from Arjun.

After 5 minutesSonali holds his hand tightly and says “I love you and i will always be there with you”

Arjun looks at her and she says “All life”.

Sonali pauses and adds “no matter what” and puts her arms around his shoulders.

Tears start clouding his eyes.Sonali held on to him tightly and allowed him to cry his heart content. GOD only knew how much time had passed but it was sunset when Arjun finally realized and got back to his senses. Neither had spoken a word about why he cried but Sonali understood what had made her silent serious brother drench in tears and Arjun knew she understood it.

Part121 Sonali injured seriously

Both keep sittingand staring at sky without speaking a single word.

Its 8pm dinner time and Arjun and Sonali notat dinner table.

Maids cannot findthem both anywhere and tell Rudra. Vikram says he knows where they are and willget them. He goes to water tank and climbs the steps and sees both of themstaring at sky.

Vikram(angrily):What are you both doing sitting here for last 2-3 hours? Dad is calling fordinner.

Sonali: You know Vikramthere is a shooting star which comes once in 10 years and today we are waitingto see it

(Winks at Arjun totake cue)

Arjun: Yeah, weare waiting for the shooting star

Vikram: Really,where, when is it coming(looking at sky trying to find it)

Sonali gets up andsays: There in north direction see there

Vikram reallytrying hard to find the star

Vikram: Which one?Where

Sonali: That one

Vikram: Where?

Sonali: Oh no itpassed by and you missed it

Vikram feeling sadtaht he missed an opportunity to see the star.

Sonali startslaughing: April fool bhaiya, April fool and claps her hand and jumps up and down. Arjun starts laughing

Vikram wild now:You just wait and chases her and she hids behind Arjun

Vikram: Arjun youbetter move away. Sonali, i am not leaving you today

Sonali gettingscared: Sorry bhaiya, it was just a joke. Please do not hit me.

RPS comes by thenand calls out: Vikram, Arjun, Sonali where are you? Are you here?

Sonali runs from behind saying: Daddy i amhere, daddy and slips and falls off the steps below

Vikram and Arjun too late to catch her. RPS rushes to her and she is bleeding heavily in her head.

He rushes her tohospital. Vikram and Arjun go with him.
