In my sons class they have book exchange program.. I hope they don't decide I will marry the girl who gets my story book..
This is just a dj vu moment that oh we met before.. More as a signal to paro.. Who is looking for signs from heavens.. Girls tend to do that.. I did that a lot and got a lot of positive signs from gods😆.. For a lot ... Actual quite a few of my crushes nothing absolutely nothing came out of it..
It is just something to convince your heart..😆
Paro heart and mind has already decided for rudra.. She just needs the inner push called divine help..which she got when she sees the doll.
If the doll was with Sumer ...hypothetically then Paros mind would have convinced her oh he's the older brother I met when I was a kid😆😆..

With rudra it's a little different a lot dicey.. I am just copying my thoughts from Sush thread..
Give rudra time...Where is the written rule male lead has to fall first..
This is a different more complex story.. This is not pride and prejudice...which was the basic plot of ipk..

This is a story about a misogynist.. He does not trust woman.. Rather beautiful woman.. They will betray as they belong to nobody.. His mother betrayed him.. Paro betrayed him when she left him for thakur.. Right now he's not in love with paro.. He definitely knows he's attracted to her .. He knows if he keeps her near him she will enchant him.. Make him go weak in his knees .. She will bind him to her make him weak guy and then leave him for something better..
Look at his father shattered weak and look where his mother is rocking with a more powerful guy..
If his mother had gone to ashram.., been found in a mental asylum he would have found it easy to forgive her.. But what he has seen has made his feelings more deeper..

Now I feel the cvs were right in exposing mala to rudra.. And then keeping her away.. He knows where his mother was and with whom..
He has also seen paro being in his mothers wings .. He just cannot trust paro,, so he has to get forced to marry paro..
There is no way he will willingly marry paro.. Right now..and they have to be married to clear the impasse...so who will force his hand... His dad or his seniors..

I bet the BSD guys will force his hand..

Thank you and i agree with you. TBH, I have never understood this gender/ego war of who should fall in love first. Excuse me? Is it love we are talking about or some gender pride competition? Its such a cheap, disgusting and contaminated thing to even THINK. You call fall in love with anyone at any time. So, you will wait till the next ice age and not tell your feelings because you are a man or a woman? SPARE ME the horrors of such demonic thinking.

I completely second you on Rudra and his take on Paro. RR was always the story of a misogynist and a white woman. So, what are people whining about? Makers are being honest and you cannot question them on their story telling. They are delivering what they promised.😆

Putting down part of my comments to Diya's post...

Quite a fast paced episode and the doll revelation though not very dramatic was most unexpected.

It also explains Paro's eagerness and immediate decision to go to Rudra with the sindoor at the awards ceremony.

The doll falls and again she sees his vulnerable side

This is exactly what makes Paro go to him. . His telling her the doll meant so much to him and was his only consolation in his shattered and battered childhood. Again the instinct of nurturing comes forth...it's like...Bholenath gave me my answer...you are my chosen one...and look I am the one who befriended you...so I can still be you friend. I can heal you. I am ready to take on all your anger, your pain and embrace it. The sindoor is only an external element.

You see in the precap clutching the doll in one hand and sindoor in the other, she is all starry-eyed, her voice all soft a kind of joy that she found herself to be the friend he always longed for and feels close to even now.

The only worry is his public rejection of her proposal. Though I feel Paro is not too worried about that. Such things do not hurt her. he has publicly claimed her his to be wife. From Chandangarh to Birpur everyone knows they were supposed to be married. So what's the big deal if it is an awards ceremony.

Also though I so wanted Paro to accept Sumer's proposal (just so that Rudra faces the reality of losing her) it would go against her character. It's not in her character to just go on and marry every second guy coming her way. Her values now remain intact. Her loyalty is something way beyond Rudra can imagine. And now with this public proposal, it reaches to a point of taking the chance of even being publicly humiliated.

If I have to sum up her character Paro is a very saintly woman of today. All pure white. Plus she has patience which is her very big virtue, nerver give up attitude (kitchen scenes).Extremely selfless... It's all about give give give, without expecting anything in return. You could say too good to be true for a man like him. But only something so white can heal something so dark as Rudra.

hugs

ddfan2012,

Happy to see I have similar thoughts like you. Copied below my views from tvbug post

Rudra and Paro are two extremes. She is as uncomplicated as he is complicated. And that is the only type of girl who can put up with Rudra and make him change his views.

For many educated logical people - even if they are religious - it will be so difficult to digest the kind of blind faith which Paro has on Bholenath. The faith she has on signs which make her decide her next course of action. The faith is so much so that she is so positive - nothing bad affects her. Not her parents' death, not the fake marriage, not the Tejawat fiasco, not her Mami disowning her, not being dragged around by Rudra, not Laila, not KCM, nothing outside or nobody outside. THe only thing which affects her is if she did something wrong knowingly or unknowingly. Wonderful character. And the CVs have made consistent episode after episode. Nothing Rudra will say or do will pull her down. Because Paro never analyses and judges others.

Rudra has no chance of winning against her 😛

Thanks dear...So true...however educated or even if not, its hard to digest how Paro thinks and does things. Hence we have to disassociate ourselves from the real world thinking women to accept Paro's character which is actually surreal (created by ST)...or else we would always be in conflict being the women we are today. Paro is blemish-free.

And yes her asking forgiveness from Rudra is exactly for that reason as you say- she hit him on the head and escaped. That was a wrong act for her. Because when she got to know Rudra was right her act turned to be wrong in HER OWN eyes.

Whereas the act of danda hitting of the goons was rightly done, because those men were in the wrong. Its such simple thinking.

Rudra cant win against something so pure. How could he possibly? 😆

i will just copypaste my other post here .. its more about Rudra in here ...

Rudra , yes the second name of Lord shiv, who is indeed every unmarried girl's prayer, who is a figure for love and eternity for the universe, whose love had that immense power to bring back his lady love as his divine power. The strength and intensity his love had was always unmatchable.

So do i see Rudra Pratap Ranwat in that similar figure. Yes, the character indeed is sketched so beautifully here. Paro is as transparent like water, her heart and soul is just plane and clear, no complexity, no fear, no regret but just devotion, devotion which is NOT for Rudra, but the saviour figure, which she presumes that her bholenath has send for her.

Coming back to Rudra, his being complex and battered soul does not make him opaque, his heart is equally clear and transparent as his Paro's, but his heart is equally bruised, till a point that even one ounce of love or tender coming his way makes him scared, his fears, his inner demons, everything screams from his inside and makes him so repulsive towards love and happiness.

But then what happens when such a man, for whom LOVE is like comitting suicide, actually is on the verge of attempting it ? yes i believe, Rudra's love for Paro has just crossed barriers, more than the fact that he feels for her so much, he is scared and frustated about the fact that he is actually feeling for her, feeling so much for her. His fears arose, he is frightended that what if once AGAIN, he starts worshipping this woman, and again circumstances force her to leave him alone ? Can his heart bare another brutal betrayal from the concept called LOVE which is supposed to be divine ? Can he again reform himself IF ever he has to lose Paro ? These questions haunt him more than the fact that Paro is the virtual suspect of his dad's condition.

Rudra is one hell of a passionate guy, today when he hold Paro and told about his theory of beautiful women being cheaters, his eyes spoke volumes. He just said everything which he did not want to, that yes Paro i do love you and need you, but you cannot be mine, as I am destined to live with my misery. The intensity he had when he gave that bridal costume to Paro, ohh that was terrific. He just hated the fact that the red color which he had rubbed away from her life for her good will, for her life, he is returning it to her again. He could bare Paro living a lonely life without him, and all hating him for his trick to marry her with Sumer, but he cannot just bare her being with him and him not being able to reciprocate to her devotion towards him. It just kills him to turn away his face and hide the selfless love he has in his eyes for her every single time she questions him about why he did all these for her, will he be happy if she marries sumer, will he be able to throw her out of the house blatantly, why his eyes speak something and actions speak something else ??? WHY ???? Such a killing question it is for him that he hates himself for doing this to her ..

For Paro, it is not LOVE yet. I cannot buy the fact that once you see the doll you had given to the boy, you blindly realise you love him unconditionally and propose him. Its more like that she has immense devotion for him, yes, he is like a bholenath figure for her, whose one move can bring waves in her life, yes thats what, she still has not felt the pain of love which Rudra has felt, its more like she has nothing to lose here, not even Rudra becos he cannot belong to any other woman. so she is just brutally honest with her devotion for him. On the contrary in Rudra's case, he is wriggling, giggling, fuming, mumbling, tumbling, yapping, and doing all the ings because he has felt the pain, the feeling of separation from the lady he worships, for him he does not have anything to win, but has his treausurable Paro to lose, and he fears losing her, yes he fears losing her in the way he lost his mother, his feelings have no direction atall.

PS:- I am sorry guys for this long essay, i am bad at words, but i felt like writing this as i felt immensely heartbroken for Rudra when he was holding the doll and telling about his friend. I would really hope that CVs show how Paro actually falls in love with him, it should not be becos of the doll he has, it should not be becos he is bholenath's prasad, Paro's love should be for the jallad he calls himself, for the man who is bruised and flawed but still loves him like crazy.

Thank you to you as well. Don't worry. I don't whine.😆...If people think that pursuing the one you love irrespective of your gender is 'nonsense', they need to re-educate themselves emotionally. Urgently.

MKM,

A few observations and questions about touching

Sumer can touch her only after the wedding. But Major can touch her whenever he wants.. For however long he wants 😃

Did you notice how reluctant his fingers were to leave her hand in the bedroom. As if this is the last time he will get to touch her wrist. Ofcourse immediately after that he again held her other hand and kept the shaadi ka jodda.

If you want to give something to somebody you just extend the item to them to take it - right ? If you want somebody to come with you to another room you just ask them to follow you - right ?
