But as per forum, I have said this before too
we need more tolerance
most people think that a post which criticizes the show is bashing
no it is not
people can bring out their opinions and that is why a forum exists
it can't be blind worship of the show and castr
too much of adulation and no criticism can be dangerous
moreover not all those who criticize belong to a fan base of her previous show
people should get out of that hang up
also enough focus should be given to wanting more for Paro as a character
Wanting more for sanaya as an actress
I see people obsessed with 'hot scenes' be it parud or larud
why do people want to just exercise their sexual fantasies through a show?
isn't the show also about the role and story?
i have never understood this aspect of not only this forum but all forums of sanaya's show
it is as if she is some object who has to fulfill our romantic fantasies with different heroes
what about wanting accolades for her role and talent?
isn't that much more important?
On the whole the forum sometimes sends out the wrong signals to makers, like it did in her previous show which lost track in six months and wound up
much of it was also due to similar fan demands for hotness and not story progression

Having been in India forum for a while, participating across forms, I can vouch for the fact that this forum is lot more tolerant than others. I think the debates begin when people start trolling or criticise with an agenda. But for me personally, even thats completely fine as long as people follow the rules. But I guess some of the younger crowd does get upset & retaliate, given their own experiences in Sanaya's previous show forum. I hope someday this forum will completely welcome criticism.

And regarding violence Im still trying to understand what part of the violence was difficult to watch. Seriously movies have a lot more violence than the one shown in the show.

Also what time is prime time television in India? In the Uk rules are relaxed after 9pm. What are kids doing watching such shows at 9.30 pm? shouldn't they be in bed by then?

Love your post.

Honestly I dont understand this whole criticism about the violence.

This is barely anything compared to the stuff I've seen.

The show is doing amazing

People living aroad hardly realize how life is in India.
I too lived aborad and know the difference
Kids and family gets together after 9 to unwind as life is harder here.
Dad gets home by 9 and moms too if they are working. Dinners get made then. This is the average Indian lffe.
Kids don't have the luxury of sleeping at 9.30 unlike foreign countries where people have far less to do from cooking to cleaning to work hours.
Most likely the mom is making the dinner after getting home from work around this time
Tough for people to understand unless they live an Indian life. and unless they are working moms
Sitting abroad people hardly know the time constraints in India and therefore can be judgemental
People can choose not to go to a movie.
But if people have to skip a show then it is still the loss for the show and not the viewer

Beautifully written 👏,,,Sanaya and Ashish are just perfect,,,,and other casts are also doing very god...songs are amazing...I am loving the violence...😳
I don't care about TRP but it matters for the whole team as Sanaya also said in Raj IV that they were waiting for TRP. I just hope this show will rule in TRP chart as channels care for it a lot.
Totally agree that this forum is fill with well behaved people. RR forum ppl welcome warmly all the new members even haters too 😆

If there is anyone who is getting judgmental it is you.

yes people living in abroad living in a lap of luxury and have nothing to do.

FYI, unlike most people in india most of the people living abroad dont get any help in the form of family or domestic help. We do everything ourselves.

I have respect for all working moms across the world, i said children shouldn't be up watching Tv so late and I still stand by my opinion.

So you don't have to make this a foreign vs Indian debate.

Isn't it judgemental to say what mothers should do with their children?
Most children do not watch TV after 9.30 agreed.
But if their mothers watch won't they be curious if they are still awake, which they are because of the late hours of parents work life.
And that was my point
It is a foreign vs Indian thing because you said most children should be in bed by then and I told you mothers are making dinner by then
In US i would be back by 6 as the work hours was just 8 and there is no traffic.
In India I am back by nearly 8 and still have calls to take.
Since I don't believe in cooks due to hygiene issues by the time I serve dinner it is 9,15 which is when I get to watch TV
This is not only my story but the story of many working mothers here
So you see a lifestyle difference comes in when people are in India and that's my point
I am ending this here as I have my reasons for saying why it should be more family friendly and you have yours
we agree to disagree
As always

How is it judgemental to say kids should be in bed by 9.30 pm. Dont even doctors advice that kids need to be in bed early? Did I judge a mother or father for letting their children stay up late? No

Regarding having 8 hrs work with no travel, lets just say Im glad for you. Where I live I spend 2.5 hrs every day traveling.

well it was far easier for me
because I lived in the suburbs and my office too was there
moreover where i lived was less hassle free in temrs of traffic

As for being in bed in 9.30 you should see the HW kids have in India
the poor kids are not even done by 9.30
the come back play fr some time and have tons of HW some of which needs the help of mom or Dad
who are again able to give the time after 9
so, you see I stick by my point
it is not possible in india for a litte older kids to sleep by 9.30
they are home by 4, have some class or the other till 6.30, play till at least 7 and then they are loaded with HW and revisions
unfortunately life is tougher for Indian kids too
In US there were very few HW to do

Hving said that most kids I know including my son are tucked in by 10.00
so my point of 9-10 as prime time remains

Growing up I didn't have the luxury of my parents answering to me about their decisions. 😆

If I couldn't go online past 8, I couldn't. If I couldn't watch a R-rated movie, I couldn't. If I couldn't stay out past 10, I couldn't.

If you don't like the content on TV then it's upto to make the call as far as what's best for you and your family.

Personally, I would much rather have kids watch a show displaying some realistic scenarios such as Army men/soldiers/officers involved in such situations, considering it's part of their job. I find shows showing twisted ways to deal with people you don't like, those showing domestic violence, those that keep pushing the stereotypical "evil" vamp or MIL, to be much worse to watch for younger, impressionable kids.

So I agree, I don't get how the violence aspect has been blown so out of proportion.
