To me censorship begins at home. I think we tare the best judge to make a decision on what is watchable for the family & what isn't. In UK prime time stops at 9pm so censorship rules are relaxed post 9pm. Which is why i asked the question on whether there are any such rules in India. Because when I go to India I see music videos like Fevicol, Chikni Chameli being played on TV 24 x 7. To me that is probably more damaging.
Censorship is the responsibility of family, regulatory board & the channel. Its a 3 way street. But censorship at home is the most effective.
