From the dining area,

Khanak: Aayush!! (searching for him)

Madhvi: Khanak kya hua beta??

Khanak: maa, dekho na, Aayush ko, pata nahi kaha gayab ho gaya hain..

Khsuhboo: Khanak uska invisible hone ka karan, tumhare haath main hain. (jokes)

Khanak looks down at her hand, one whole length of glass filled with milk, giggles at that, Madhvi and Khushboo do too, as they take their seats..

Madhvi: im sure ki who Shaan ke paas gaya hoga..

Khushboo: correct! Khanak tum Shaan ke paas dekho..

Khanak: woh Shaan ke paas kyun hoga?? (clueless)

Madhvi and Khushboo exchange knowing looks, while Khanak look on clueless, takes the advice of their in-laws climbs the stairs with the glass of milk..

Shanak's room, Aayush is lounging on their bed, sleeping on his belly, his legs swaying back and forth, while Shaan is getting ready, buttoning his shirt..

Aayush: papa kya hum aaj hum bahar jaa sakthe hain??

Shaan: kyun?? (after buttoning sits next to him) Kal hi tum hum yaha aaye hain..

Aayush: mujhe bore ho rahi hain, waise bhi mujhe kal se school waapis jaana hain..(Whines)

Shaan: (chuckles first and smiles) as you wish my son! Abb bolo kaha chalne hain??

Khanak: kahi pe bhi nahi!! (one hand at her waiste and one hand holding the glass of milk)

Shaan looks at his wife draped in a maroon sarree, his smiles widens..

Aayush: oh no!! (hearing that Shaan looks at Aayush, Shaan stands up as Khanak moves in, Aayush gets up to stands on the bed, he stands making Shaan as shield, while Khanak glares)

Shaan: (whispers to Aayush) Aayush what did you do??

Aayush: abhi tak toh kuch nahi! (whispers back to his dad)

They both look on to Khanak..

Khanak: Aayush doodh kaun peeyega??

Shaan and Aayush relaxes as it was only about the milk, and still Khanak has no idea about Aayush's wardrobe, which has been messed up to hell, Shaan and Aayush had tried to clean up, but it was not done, Aayush exactly knew how his mom is going to react after seeing the wardrobe..

Aayush: mom!! Mujhe doodh nahi peena hain!! Abhi dekho mai n kitna bada ho gaya hun (leans to Shaan, to show that he's upto his dad level, standing on the bed, but he just comes upto his dad's shoulder's level)

Khanak: toh?? (shrugs)

Aayush: toh kya??

Shaan: (whispers to Aayush) that means she is not convinced..(while smiling at her)

Aayush:hmm..mom!! sirf aaj ke lie doodh nahi, main kal se peeyoonga na..(making a cute face)

Before Khanak could say anything, her phone rings constantly, her attention is diverted by the phone, she places the glass ont the coffee table..While she hears to the speaker, papa and son make their plans..

Shaan: (turning to him) Aayush sirf doodh hi toh peena hain, peelo na.. (They both talk in hushed tones)

Aayush: papa mujhe doodh nahi peena (whiner) aap mama ko bolo na..

Shaan: main?? Agar main kuch kahunga na, toh woh mujhe kahegi ki main aapko bigaad raha hun!

Aayush: papa!! Please only one time..(pleads)

Shaan: ok fine..(not sure)

Now both are diverted to her, they can hear only her part of convo..

Khanak: listen..stop freaking out!! Ok ok..i'll come over there on the weekend, will that be fine?? Ok!! Just chill go with your parents, think about the proposal, trust me they are not wrong, they will decide the best for you! Trust them and me too..Give a thought, I'll be there!! (softly assures to the speaker)

Aayush: (whispers to his papa) papa!! Mom kaha jaane ke baat kar rahi hain??

Shaan: no idea! God, yeh log mujhe tumhari mom ke saath time spend karne kyun nahi dete??

Aayush giggles, while Shaan covers up Aayush's mouth, Khanak is finished with her talk, her attention is back to her kid and husband..

Khanak: tum dono kya baat kar rahe ho?? Forget it, Aayush tum doodh pe rahe ho ya nahi??

Shaan: (whispers to Aayush) bhaago..

Aayush smiles widely at Khanak, while Khanak looks on clueless, Aayush moves forward but only to jump from the bed, and runs out of the room. For a moment Khanak thought he was going to drink the milk, Khanak is now furious, Aayush was getting naughtier by each and every day, she turns about to go and search for him, make him sit and drink that whole glass..She strodes towards the door, Shaan exactly knows that Aayush is just near the doorway..

Shaan: Khanak! (Khanak stops in her tracks and looks back st her husband, cluelessly, what was the problem with him, so that he yelled her name like that??

Khanak: what?? (Khanak looks at Shaan, while Shaan looks at the doorway)

And there appears Aayush blews a kiss to his papa and runs from there, while Shaan smiles..

Khanak: why are you smiling??

Shaan: (clears his throat) kuch nahi..(turns his back to her)

Khanak: kuch toh hain!! Bolo na..(faces him)

Shaan: kuch nahi Khanak! Tum batao, tum kisse baat kar rahi thi??

Khanak: woh?! Surprise hain! (smiles)

Shaan: surprise? Mere liye? (closes the gap between them his arms wounds around her waiste)

Khanak: kuch aisa hi! (smiles secretly)

Shaan looks on clueless, but for now, he has his beautiful wife in front of him, his one hand roves around her back, making her wriggle..

Khanak: Shaan!!

Shaan: what?? (his forehead leaning on hers)

Khanak: we have to go down..(gets out of his grip and pulls him out of the room with the force, while Shaan follows reluctantly)

When they reach the dinning hall, whole clan is present, of course except Aayush..

Khushboo: toh Khanak tumne Aayush ko doodh pila diya?? (sounds like teasing)

Khanak: nahi! Bhaag gaya..

Khushboo: hume pata tha! (grins)

While Shaan clears his throat and takes the seat next to Akshay, Khanak looks on clueless..

Khanak: matlab??

Madhvi: matlab yeh ki..(is cut off by)

Shaan: Khanak! Tum bhi kya baatein kar rahi ho? (troubled) mom! Aap mujhe naasht do na..

Khushboo and Madhvi giggles..

Khanak: am I missing something?? (eyes narrowed)

Before Shaan gets into more trouble..

Shaan: nahi! (yells) end of the conversation, kuch aur baat karthe hain..(decides)

Khanak: haan..waise bhi mujhe aap sabse kuch poochna hain..

Everyone looks at Shaan, Shaan stops chewing and looks around, to see that everyone are looking at him..

Shaan: mujhe kya dekh rahe ho?? Mujhe kuch nahi pata! (lifts his hand up)

Khanak: kya hum sab iss weekend Delhi jaa sakthe hain??

Sunil: delhi? Kyun beta?

Shaan: surprise hain! (looks at Khanak as she smiles)

Akshay: surprise?

Khushboo: ok!! Maintoh bahut excited hun!

Whole clan shares a good time at the dining table, but what was the surprise, it was not told..

After an hour about, Shaan and Khanak are walking along the corridors of the hospital, after 2 months she felt like as though she's back at her own home, where her talent was known, where she was shovered with love without any hesistance, her olden memories rushed back to her mind, her days of internship, her days of falling love with Shaan, her days of having fun with her friends, everything just flood back..

Shaan: Khanak! Aaj hi yeh sab karna zaroori tha?

Khanak:yes! I want to be official over here! So, when Dr. Lata called for signing up, I had to come..

Shaan smiles and shakes his head..

After a while about, she's done with her papers and yes of course a long lecture from Dr.Lata..Shaan is out waiting for her, she walks back the corridors only to face her best mate, and that's Anjali..

Khanak:ha! Dr. Anjali! Kase ho aap??

Anjali: Dr. Khanak! Finally you came back, mujhe toh laga, tum kabhi waapis nahi aaogi..

Khanak: wrong intuition! (still smiling) waise, aap ke sister kaisi hain?

Anjali: meri sister?!

Khanak: yeah! Kiya right? (confident)

Anjali: how did you know?

Khanak: come on! Main itni bevkhoof nahi hun, ki why an unknown person, entering into my life and takes the liberty of my marriage?! There had to be some reason, right?

Anjali: so you knew..

Khanak: I think so..

Anjali: so when you know the reason, I still want to talk about that..

Khanak: ek second! Main kuch nahi janna chahthi, tumhari behen meri pati ko lekar kya sochthi hain, this has got nothing to do with me! What matters is, my husband loves me aur iss se zyaada mujhe kuch nahi chayiye!

Anjali: come on Khanak! You sound like the same old record..

Khanak: (smiles) you haven't changed..Ok! time to go, for now, my husband is waiting! (stressing on my husband)

Before Anjali could even reply, Khanak was out of her sight, somethings we should just let go, letting go, is seriously good at times! Somethings not discussed, is better! Somethings going out of our brain is very good! Somethings clearly don't need our attention! Its really very good to let go…..
