Bajramala is discussing with madodary how her fears came to be truth , that her husband fell asleep in battle field. Enters Shurpanakha, she starts giving her comments without any invitation.
S: do not worry sister, our brother , lankesh will definitely take care of him
B: ever since u came here cutting your nose, you have become the reason for everywoman to worry.

B: if it was in my power, I should have sent you to prison and respect you.

In the battle field, Bibhisan says if no one awakens Kumvkaran, he will not wake up on his own. But Jamvavan says they should make him prisoner of war and focus their fight around him only, in that way they can destroy the whole army of ravan. He eagerly asks for the permission of Lord Ram.
With his permission, hanuman takes his huge form again and teies up Kumvkaran using his spiritual power. Everyone sings the glory of hanuman.

In Lanka, sons of Kumvkaran, kumv and nikumv come to their mother who is worshipping lord Shiva. She is worried about the boon he received which is turning to the biggest curse. So Kumv and Nikumv asks her permission to go to the battle field and try to protect their father and awaken him. Bajramala agrees and asks them to take permission from their uncle ravan too.
