There's one more actually. I have forgotten the name. Where Asad is a doctor, and Zoya is an opthalmologist or something. Asad disapproves of Zoya. They are family friends or something. And she comes back home to stay with them and only then does he realise she's a doctor too.

And she comes back to stay with them after many years and that's when he realises she's a doctor. This one has Rashid staying with them!
