Hey DailyDaisy
Have enjoyed all the chapters so far! I love your writing style and especially your attention to details
I'm a little confused about Zoya running away from her wedding and coming back to the same house.
I hope the Dilshad in this story ends up being stronger than the one on TV and doesn't run back to her spineless husband. I really hope she picks Asad over him or anyone else for that matter. Looking forward to reading the rest of the story!
Love,
S
Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you like the style I initially was very apprehensive thinking you guy's wouldn't like it but I am so happy you are! Glad you enjoy the details because I like to write down the scene EXACTLY as I picture it happening hence this style.
Seems many people are confused about Zoya's wedding. I actually clarified that in the first part I believe but nonetheless I'll clear it again. Zoya comes to India and her grandmother has arranged for her wedding to take place same day without her knowledge because she doesn't want Zoya to live with them or be a part of their family (reasoning will be explained over time). After Zoya runs away her cousin-brothers (the Grandmothers actual biological grandsons) arrive from Mumbai as a surprise and question about Zoya's whereabouts. That is why the grandmother allows Zeenat to call her back so that she doesn't lose respect in the eyes of her grandsons as they love Zoya a lot.
Dilshad's past is different from the drama and her future will also be different. Let's hope she stay's with Asad. I hated what Gul did with that track in the show (as she did with many). Firstly the track had NO depth. I waited from the first episode for Gul to explore it. Dilshads heartbreak, Asads heartbreak their struggle and the pain but NOTHING. I wanted to see Zoya and Asad talk about it and what not but NO. And it was so pissing off when she leaves Asad to go back to Rashid..like you two ruin the poor kid and then go be happy on your own?
Hope you enjoy the coming parts!
