I agree I also miss watching KVB acting. As for KSG fans being against him etc, I really dont know what for, coz he was not coming to replace him. He came to play someone else, that too after RQV left as ASYA story ended. So no idea what that was about. Even I liked KSG as Asad and was upset he left. But the SAHIL story was different from the ASYA story and a different premise so I enjoyed it. Tanveer as Begum Sahiba was different too. The whole story had a different feel to it from Season 1. One time the Vamp survived and we learned to live with it. We accepted the new story of ASYA kids and Tanveer's sons.
But this time? AGAIN the Vamp lives on and the leads die? How original is that? There was no need to give ASYA's daughters a tragic end with both Sanam, Seher and their spouses dying. It was really pathetic, just so they can press "re-set" again after messing up the story again. Just leaping each time to keep the show going. Once was enough in my opinion. No point doing it over and over. I also agree this story is like Season 2 with Begum Sahiba and two sons, and now Khan Begum and two sons. Girl coming to work in the house just like Sanam did. At least there we had the connection of Tanveer to ASYA and how she had no idea she made their daughter her Bahu. Very ironic. But here, I dont know what the point is? Again revenge of Sanam2 by Mahira who is either Sanam's rebirth of her last wish. Whichever.
I have not seen enough of this new season to judge it. The guys look OK, but it all feels too Deja vu for me, with the same set, the same type of story and also the same villains. I am offended that 2 times they made the Vamp live a long life and killed off the good people and gave them NO justice. Again good people have lost to make way for a bad person! Dont know what this PH is trying to prove? That God does not help good people and EVIL always wins? All the prayers of the good people appear not to have been answered and they lost everything and villain lives on in THEIR house? Tanveer did, and now Sanam2. Irony at it's worse. When is this vicious cycle going to stop? For that very reason, I have lost my attachment to this show. Its better not to be attached even if you watch, coz your just asking for it! Even for me, the dressing style of Azaad looks like Aahil a lot, and even a bit like Asad in certain scenes. He is modeled on both of them!
