Part 18

In d morning, Asad woke up as usual at 6. He saw Ananya was still sleeping while clutching to him. How she lukd peaceful n calm unlike yesterday wen she cried a lot? He smiled n caressed her cheek. He then felt some movement n realized dat she is waking up.

"Asad, u woke up too soon like me," said Ananya as she opened her eyes n saw him.

"No Anu, u woke up at my time," said Asad.

"Wat? How cud sleep for 2 more hours?" asked Ananya shockingly.

"Yesterday, u were tired of crying all day so u may have slept till late," replied Asad.

"Ohhh. Well, Good morning," said Ananya wid a smile.

"Good morning," said Asad wid a smile.

After bathing, Ananya came out of d bathroom wearing a blue saree wid a black blouse. She lukd at Asad who changed into his office attire. Asad smiled lukn at her. She had purposely left d string of her blouse open planning to make Asad tie them.

"Asad, mera dori mujhse nahi bandh raha hai," said Ananya.

"Well, I am calling ammi or Najma," said Asad.

"Asad, they both may be busy getn ready n also may be busy cooking. So, if u don't mind will u help me?" asked Ananya.

Asad was shocked.

"Wat?" asked Asad shockingly.

"Kya wat? Kabhi tune koi dori nahi baandhi hai kya?" asked Ananya.

"Besharam ladki, main ladkiyon ka dori nahi baandhta hu," replied Asad annoyingly.

"Besharam ladke, dori sirf ladkiyon k kapde ki nahi par kisi bhi cheez ki ho sakti hai jaise shoe laces ya gift bags. Tum ladke humesha dirty mind rehte ho," retorted Ananya.

"Okay fine(while rolling his eyes). Now turn around," said Asad.

"Why?" asked Ananya confusingly.

"To tie ur strings," replied Asad.

"Ohhh," said Ananya wid a smile n turned around.

He felt sumthn weird wid her behaviour. Yesterday, she was d 1^st to hug him n teln him to put away d pillows. Now, she is teln him to tie her blouse strings. He tuk both d strings in his hands n started tying them. His fingers brushed wid her back which made her shiver inside. Asad found dat she is not feeling awkward at all but standing normally.

"Its done," said Asad after tying them.

"Thanks," said Ananya wid a smile.

After breakfast, Nazneen suggested Asad to take Zoya out.

"U both have been married for nearly 3 weeks now. U both sud go out for shopping n spend some time alone," said Nazneen.

Asad n Ananya at each other as Dadi said dat.

"Dadi, a man saw a husband holding his wife continuously in d mall. He thought d couple to be in so much love n asked d man abt it but d man replied dat if he leaves her hand then she will keep on shopping," joked Asad.

Everyone except Ananya burst into laughter.

"See, how he is making excuses for not takn me out wid his stupid joke," complained Ananya wid an annoyed face.

"Asad, u sud not tease dis bechaari like dis," said Dilshad.

"She is not bechaari," said Asad.

"Asad, u have to take Ananya for shopping," said Nazneen.

"Okay, I will take her," said Asad realizing dat she too wants to go wen she complained abt him not takn her wid his stupid excuse, "But dis time, we will go in ur car & u will drive."

"Fine," said Ananya wid a smile.

Ananya was amazed wid him at wat he said. She sees dat he is not egoistic n chauvinistic like other guys who wud not accept being driven by girls n is impressed wid it.

Asad n Ananya sat in Ananya's car. Ananya started d car. Asad kept on lukn at her as she drove. Anany was aware of him lukn at her n smiled inwardly.

They reached d mall n went inside. Then they went inside Pantaloons to buy clothes. Ananya helps Asad selecting some casual clothes as well as formal clothes for him. Asad then selects a beautiful read saree for Ananya which she liked very much. He then selects some short dresses n anarkalis for her. He then selects a white top along wid black shorts.

"Can u wear dis here?" asked Asad.

"I can't cuz dada-dadi r also at home," replied Ananya.

"Its not big deal nowadays of they r home. Anyways, u can change later even in d car wid an addition of a long skirt," whispered Asad so dat only she cud hear.

"Okay," said Ananya n went to d trial room along wid d top n shorts.

Scene shifts to Zingo Hotties n Heeba entering d mall.

"My all clothes got old," said Heeba.

"U shopped last week only," said Humeira.

"Last week is a very long time for me, stupid," said Heeba wid attitude.

They entered Pantaloons n saw in women western clothes section. They went to him.

"Bhai, u here. Nice to meet u. How come u r here?" asked Ayaan.

"Dadi told me to take Anushka for shopping," replied Asad.

"Anushka who?" asked Humeira shockingly.

"Anushka is my fiancee. (Whispering to Ayaan n Humeira in low voices)Ananya is only Anushka. I am teln fake name cuz others r here," replied Asad.

"Ohhh," whispered Ayaan n Humeira 2gthr.

"We want to meet her," said Nikhat.

"She has gone for changing. She will come now," said Asad.

"Ohhh Anushka ur fiancee ha," said Nuzhat wid a smile.

Heeba was shocked to see many girls around in short dresses, short skirts n shorts.

"These girls have no shame wat kind of clothes they r wearing," said Heeba annoyingly.

Just then, Ananya came out of d washroom wearing d clothes Asad gave her. She had saree in her hands which she wore earlier.

"Here she is, my fiancee Anushka Luthra," said Asad wid a smile.

Heeba was shocked to see Asad's fiancee in shorts.

"So u r bhaijaan's fiancee. But ur name is Zoya na?" asked Nuzhat.

Ananya knew dat Asad told her fake name as he had already told her last week dat he will her name as Anushka wen his family sees her as he wants them to know her as a Hindu girl.

"No, I am Anushka Luthra," replied Ananya.

"We said Zoya cuz I did not wanted to reveal abt my fiancee so soon not even her real name," said Asad.

Asad is lying dat they were engaged a long time ago before Ananya met them.

"Toasty, how can she be ur fiancee?" asked Heeba shockingly, "U even hated girls in jeans but she is in shorts wid a sleeveless top. 4m how long she is ur fiancee?"

"Wat Toasty?" asked Ananya confusingly.

"Asad likes to maintain his health na so he eats a lots of healthy thing n he loves toasts a lot," replied Heeba.

"Hiii Toasty," said Ananya wid a smile to tease Asad.

"Anu plz," said Asad sighing in displeasure.

"Anushka se Anu. Toasty, how can u like such a girl who luks like a model?" asked Heeba.

Ananya was getn irritated wid Heeba who was wearing a yellow salwar kameez wid her dupatta covering her head. She is angry wid Heeba for wat she did wid Humeira.

"I don't know wat u r talking. Its common to wear all dis. Look around u, u will see a lot. Even Najma wears them. U r thinking Asad wrong, Heeba," replied Ananya.

"How come u know my name?" asked Heeba shockingly.

"I know all of u. Asad showed ur pics on FB. U r Heeba n they r Ayaan, Nikhat, Nuzhat n Humeira," replied Ananya.

"Wats in ur hands?" asked Heeba, "It luks like saree."

"Its saree only. I am trying out clothes," replied Ananya.

"Toasty, I want to buy some clothes. My all clothes got old. I had not done shopping 4m a week. Plz, help me select clothes for me na," said Heeba in a sugary sweet voice.

"I am busy, Heeba," said Asad lukn at Ananya which annoyed Heeba while amused others.

"U don't luk busy, Toasty," said Heeba shyly.

"Asad, if she is requesting so nicely then u sud help her," said Ananya wid a smile.

He glared at her for wat she said.

"Asad, Heeba teri chhoti behen jaisi hai. Agar vo tuje itna request kar rahi hai to tuje mana nahi karni chaahiye. Uski help kar de," said Ananya wid a smile.

Asad n Zingo Hotties smiled while Heeba got shocked n annoyed.

"Chhoti behen, nice ha Anu," said Ayaan wid a laugh.

"Well Heeba, meri behna. Main tumhaari help kar du," said Asad wid a smile.

"Toasty, ur fiancee is so arrogant," said Heeba pretending to be sad.

"Heeba, u sud not tell abt her like dis. She is very nice n sweet. U sud repect her as she is like ur elder sister. She is of my age dat is 3 months elder to me," said Asad wid a smile.

"Wat? Ur fiancee is 3 months elder to u?" asked Heeba shockingly, "People will laugh at u for not getn a younger girl for urself."

"Asad, I think we missed our respective offices for shopping not for some boring lectures 4m ur sister," said Ananya.

"Wat? U work also?" asked Heeba shockingly, "But no girl in our family works n even Toasty did not wanted a working woman."

"Asad, wat all she is talking? Do u have some idiotic twin or wat?" asked Ananya annoyingly.

"No Anu, I don't have any twin. She is having some misconception abt me," replied Asad.

"Toasty, look at d way she talks wid u widout any respect wid tu, tuje, tera n all. She did not even use tum wid u let alone aap even though u both r engaged," said Heeba.

"Its friendly way of talking, Heeba. Even I talk wid her like dat. Didn't u noticed wen I was talking to her? Woh actually, she is d daughter of ammi's friend who came to live 4m New York as a guest in our house 1 n 1/2 months ago. We got along wid each other, became friends n fell in love. Our family liked d match n we got engaged," said Asad wid a smile.

"I can't believe ur fiancee is foreigner," said Heeba disapprovingly.

"She is not a foreigner but clearly Indian who is NRI," said Asad.

"But she will have to change her religion," said Heeba.

Asad n Ananya lukd at each other clearly irritated by Heeba.

"She is not changing her religion," said Asad.

"Behna, 500 saal pehle Jodha ne Jalal k liye apna religion nahi badla. Vo to 16^th century tha aur ye to 21^st century hai. Even Kareena did not converted for Saif," said Ananya.

"U both r in live-in relationship since u both live in d same house," said Heeba.

"Yaa, live-in relationship par alag alag kamre me," said Ananya wid a laugh.

Asad n Zingo Hotties also laughed.

"Toasty, ur family have no problem wid all dis?" asked Heeba curiously.

"They don't have any problem, Heeba. Well, my dear sister. Lets help u select some clothes. U r like my little sister na. We forgot abt ur clothes," replied Asad wid a smile.

Heeba was annoyed wid Anushka n Asad calling her as Asad's sister.

"No no no Toasty, u luk really busy. I will not disturb. I will select my clothes on my own," said Heeba wid a fake smile wid a sugary sweet voice n turned to leave.

"Where r u going, baaji?" asked Nikhat controlling her smile.

"Shoppers Stop as I don't find any good clothes here," replied Heeba n left d Pantaloons.

Asad n Ananya sighed in relief n burst into laughter along wid others.

"Yaar kitna pakaati hai ye," said Asad sighing in irritation.

"Par tere abbu to tera shaadi isi se karaanewaale the," said Ananya.

"Don't remind me dat," said Asad.

"I heard dat all in ur house thinks Heeba has lots of etiquettes(tehzeeb) n manners(tameez) but I don't think wid d way she was trying to get close to a man who is engaged n putting down his fiancee in front of him only," said Ananya.

"Just cuz she covers her head wid d dupatta while we don't. She always pretends to be nice to everyone in front of them which she is obviously not," said Nuzhat.

"I think I got to know enough on how she is," said Ananya.

"But were awesome calling her as bhaijaan's younger sister," said Nikhat wid a laugh.

"I just wanted to show her place to her," said Ananya.

"Live-in relationship alag alag kamre me," said Humeira wid a laugh.

"She was only asking dumb questions. Itna sawaal mujhse kisine interview me bhi nahi kiya hai," said Ananya.

"Same here," said Asad.

"Since we have met we sud all eat 2gthr," said Nuzhat wid a smile.

"No Nuzhat, dadi told bhaijaan to take Anushka for shopping so we all sud leave them alone," said Ayaan.

"Ohhh," said Nuzhat wid a teasing smile, "Enjoy both of u."

"Make sure Heeba is not around us while we both r 2gthr," said Ananya.

Asad, Humeira n Ayaan r shocked wid wat she said cuz even after Heeba leaving she is talking as if she is happy wid Asad n wants to spend time wid him on her own.

"Don't worry Anu, we will not let her hang around both of u," said Humeira wid a smile.

Asad n Ananya paid for their clothes n left Pantaloons while others lukd at them wid smile on their faces.

"They r such a cute couple," said Nuzhat wid a smile.

"True," said Humeira wid a smile.

Scene shifts to d Food Court. They were having their ordered foods.

"Vo Heeba na humaare me kaise aag laga raha rahi thi," said Ananya annoyingly.

"Don't worry, Anu. Heeba humaare beech me aag, pani, hawa kuch bhi nahi laga sakti hai," joked Asad wid a smile.

Ananya laughed at wat he said. Asad felt happy seeing her happy during their shopping n eating 2gthr in d mall after how much she was sad n depressed in d last 2 days.

After eating, Ananya changed back into her saree in one of d trial rooms before leaving d mall. Ananya told dat she will leave in d same cloth in which she came. Asad informed Ayaan dat they left d mall. Ananya told Asad to drive dis time which he agreed.

At night, Asad saw dat Ananya did not put pillows between them before sleeping. He got happy even though she did not said anything abt why she did not kept d pillows between them but just lied next to him. Ananya did not put pillows between them like yesterday as a gesture dat she has accepted Asad as her husband n has no problem wid him.

Next afternoon, Heeba told in her home dat Asad is engaged wid a Hindu girl Anushka Luthra who is a working woman n wears modern clothes. RaShi n Gaffur were shocked. Razia was normal as she knew dat Anushka Luthra is her Ananya only.

"How can he get engaged to someone widout teln us?" asked Shirin shockingly.

"Oh come on, chhoti ammi. Its bhaijaan's life. He can get engaged to any girl he wants," replied Ayaan coldly.

"But dat girl works outside n also wears modern clothes," said Rashid.

"Abbu, we sud be happy for bhaijaan. She is a nice girl," said Nikhat.

All stopped talking abt it.

At night, Asad n Ananya lied next to each other to sleep. Wen Ananya sees Asad sleeping she luks at Asad wid a smile. She moves closer n kisses his forehead, cheeks n nose. Unknown to her, Asad who was still awake got shocked at wat she was doing. He then starts pretending to sleep. He was smiling inwardly enjoying her soft kisses.

"Asad, u lukd so cute while sleeping. Don't think I am takn advantage of u while sleeping. But I can't help kissing u 2day. A week ago, I fell for u again. I realized dat u have really changed into my old Asad seeing ur true love n care for me," said Ananya.

Asad was surprised at wat she said. He became very happy dat she again fell for him. He then feels her stroking his hair n cheeks. She then kissed his eyes.

"U know wat, Ashu? I don't know wen I fell in love wid u years ago. 4m 12 years, I wanted to marry u but wen I went to New York I always used to think whether u got any girls in ur life or not. Thankfully, chhoti mom who was always on good terms wid ur ammi as friends used to inform mausa-mausi dat u don't have any girl in ur life which used to make me very happy. But chhoti mom wud not let know ammi abt me cuz of d reasons I already told u. If u had any girl in ur life before me returning to Bhopal, I wud have been heartbroken but if d girl wud have been nice & u both wud have been happy wid each other then I wud have stepped back. Then I wud try to move on by participating in MTV Splitsvilla to try my luck at getn love. U know na Splitsvilla me kitne hot hot ladke hote hai. Hot to tub hi hai par agar tu na milta to muje unme se kisi se kaam chalaana padta tha," said Ananya.

Asad was shocked at wat all she said.

"Anu used to keep track on me whether I have any girl in my life or not. And I was an idiot, who forgot her 4m d last 6 years as I changed into a jerk. Don't worry, Anu. I will never become dat jerk Asad again. Glad dat I did not had any girl in my life & I got u only. So, u did not needed to participate in Splitsvilla n luk for other guy," thinks Asad.

He was already in heaven wid her kisses. He then feels her stroking his lips softly wid her finger n gets happy thinking her next kiss will be on his lips.

"U have soft lips, Ashu," said Ananya wid a smile.

Asad blushed inwardly.

"No, not now on d lips," said Ananya.

"Oh no," thinks Asad disappointingly.

"Why not now? He is my husband, my best friend, my love," said Ananya n kissed him softly on his lips.

"Dis is d just trailer kiss, Ashu. Movie to baad me dikhaaungi," said Ananya wid a laugh.

Asad felt happy n amazed at her kissing his lips. He was feeling so nice wid her kiss even though it was simple n wondered if its her trailer kiss then wat d movie will be.

"Good night, Ashu. Sweet dreams," said Ananya wid a smile n closed her eyes to sleep.

Asad then opened his eyes n smiled seeing her sleeping. He kissed her forehead before going to sleep.

Next morning, after breakfast Asad n Ananya were in their room. Asad was getn ready for d office. Ananya decided to stay at home to carry out her plan to propose Asad. But for now, she decided to tell him dat she has forgiven him n Ayaan for kidnapping her.

"Asad, I want to tell u sumthn," said Ananya.

"Wat?" asked Asad.

"Asad, Tanveer was right. In fact, I also think dat u & Ayaan have done wrong in kidnapping me n forcibly getn me married to u but both of urs mistake is not so big dat u both sud not be forgiven. Dat day, wen ur abbu came for Heeba's alliance wid u I was cumn to d hall to accept ur proposal of becumn a couple but wen u said dat u ready to marry Heeba I angrily left 4m there widout hearing d whole convo which was a mistake due to which I decided to marry Imraan to hurt u. But now, I don't want to think all dat n continue dis marriage. U know wat? I dunno why I did not even think of divorce wen I wud have immediately start planning for divorce it had been any other guy instead of u," replied Ananya.

Asad was surprised by wat she said n also happy she forgave them n will continue d marriage. He decided dat he will tell her now who is d mastermind behind her kidnapping.

"Ananya, do u know why I married u like dat?" asked Asad.

"To stop me 4m marrying Imraan n also cuz u love me," replied Ananya.

"There r some more reasons," said Asad.

"Wat some more reasons?" asked Ananya curiously.

He tells Ananya d hidden truth behind dat plan along wid teln her dat he knew abt her past thru her step-mom n Humeira. Ananya is shocked as he tells her everything.

"So, u knew my past 4m earlier. U did not agreed to marry me at 1^st cuz u did not liked d idea of forcibly marrying u. Then why did not u told me all earlier?" asked Ananya.

"Cuz ur chhoti mom told me not to as she did not wanted u to feel dat I am takn pity n sympathy on u. She wanted me to tell u after some time. Since u forgave me & Ayaan & decided to continue d marriage I decided to tell u now," replied Asad.

Ananya was surprised wid his reply.

"Well Anu, I am getn late. We will talk later," said Asad to give her some space to think.

"Okay," said Ananya.

Asad left d room for office.

Ananya cud not believe wat all Asad said some moments ago before leaving for his office. He kidnapped n married cuz her chhoti mom told him to do so n he even refused at 1^st to marry her like dat. She doubted several times dat how cud Asad marry someone forcibly dat also her childhood friend. She always thought dat he married her like dat to stop her 4m marrying Imraan cuz he loved her. She did not wanted to talk abt dis further to Asad just confess him dis evening n move ahead wid him. But 2day, he himself told her everything. Her love for him increased even more cuz he did not done all dis on her own but on her chhoti mom n Humi teln him to do so. Her chhoti mom n Humi truly cares n loves her a lot dat they can't see her do any mistake n they had faith in Asad dat he will always her happy. She has to make dis evening even more special more than she planned earlier.
