Part 1
Sanam ends up tripping some boxes over and Fake-Misbah turns and calls out, who is it. She takes out her sword and asks again who is it. Sanam hides in a sack. Fake-Misbah keeps calling out. She starts to check boxes & sacks. Sanam is scared. Fake-Misbah heads towards the sack where Sanam is hiding and starts to jab them with her sword. She doesnt notice anything and turns to leave but stops again and turns back. She jabs her sword in the sack where Sanam is hiding but the sword misses her by a few inches. Sanam covers her mouth and Fake-Misbah walks off.
Ahil is reading the newspaper and Sanam-2 comes and tells him that she wants him to meet someone special. Its Saif. Sanam-2 says he wants to talk to you. Ahil says go ahead. Saif says am Noorjaano Khanums bro. Ahil says Bhopals new mayor, wow. Ahil greets him and asks how she is. Saif says she is busy, travelling. Ahil says will like to meet her. Ahil asks any work. Saif hesitates. Sanam-2 prompts and says if Bhabhi jaan knows, why shy from Ahil. Sanam-2 says Saif loves Nazia and wants to marry her. Ahil is stunned. Saif freezes. Sanam-2 says Nazia is old enough and she is happy about this relation. Sanam-2 calls out Nazia. Nazia comes towards Ahil but is shaking in fear. Ahil glares at Nazia and then Saif. Both feel nervous. Ahil walks upto Nazia and asks her since when is all this going on. Saif says met 2 years ago. Ahil silences Saif and asks Nazia, want to marry Saif. Nazia says yes. Ahil smiles and says should have told before. He hugs her and says so happy. All are smiling. Ahil tells Saif, i accept this relation. Ahil says just one condition, your sis has to come here to ask for her hand in marriage. Ahil self thought, wish Sanam was here, my happiness wouldnt have felt incomplete.
Fake-Misbah is about to leave the godown when her cell rings. She says was leaving, felt someone is here so. She walks off. Sanam comes to the girl who is tied up and asks who is your mom and why are you tied up here. Sanam frees her bond and asks the girl but she is too weak and collapses. The girl keeps saying .. 'take me to my mom'. Sanam splashes water on the girls face and asks her if she is fine. The girl asks Sanam who are you. Sanam says dont worry, not here to hurt you, who are you. The girl asks for help. Sanam asks her who are you, who is your family and why has Misbah kept you here. The girl says that Fake-Misbah kidnapped me and tied me here. She snatched my identity. Sanam asks who are you. The girl says am Misbah, the real one. Sanam is shocked. Sanam recollects her conversation with Misbahs mom and how she said Misbah is righty but Fake-Misbah used her left hand to eat.
Sanam hugs her and Misbah begs her for help. Sanam reassures her and swears to expose Fake-Misbah.
Ahil asks Saif when and how they met. As Saif is about to answer, Sanam-2 spills water on Saifs tshirt and Ahil shows him way to washroom. Sanam-2 offers to give Ahils shirt to Saif. Nazia too decides to follow him. She calls out to Sanam-2 and thanks her for helping her. Sanam-2 says you helped me and i helped you. Saif is a nice guy, he agreed. She says am your sis in law so here to help you.
Sanam-2 comes after Saif in the washroom and sees Saif shirtless and drools on him. She recollects Gazalas words that anyone can be the father of your baby, not necessarily Ahil. Saif notices Sanam-2 and shies away. Sanam-2 corners him and says we are going to be relatives, why feeling so shy. Sanam-2 gives him Ahils shirt and before leaving the washroom tells him to come to her room to discuss how to take matters ahead. Saif is taken aback..
Part 2
Saif wonders why Sanam-2 called him in her room. He is walking hesitatingly towards her room and Sanam-2 pulls him inside the room. Right then Ahil is shown walking towards Sanam-2's room. Sanam-2 closes in on Saif and says you must be wondering why i called you, well called you coz i want something from you. Sanam-2 starts to unbutton Saifs shirt buttons and he stops when he hears footsteps. Lawyer calls out to Ahil and Saif tells Sanam-2 someone is coming. He quickly runs from there. Ahil turns and walks towards lawyer.
Sanam tells Misbah, wait till cops get here, they wont spare your kidnapper. Misbah tells Sanam not to call cops, or her mom would be in danger. Sanam tries Shaads number but cant get thru. Misbah tells Sanam you have given me hope, dont let it break. They hug.
Lawyer tells Ahil that if as Bhopals Begum, Sanam-2 wants to give money to trust, she will have to do a pregnancy test. Ahil is relieved and thanks him for the idea. Lawyer says need 10-12 days. Ahil says need all this done by 7 days. Ahil self thought, no one can stop me from exposing Sanam-2.
Part 3
Saif comes in the hall and Nazia asks Saif why so worried. Sanam-2 comes and says today Saif's love cleared an exam. You two will be married soon and he is scared. Suggest you two to go to a resort owned by my friend and spend time there. Nazia hugs Sanam-2 and thanks her. Sanam-2 winks at Saif who is taken aback.
Sanam helps Misbah (who is covered in a burkha) to enter and Fake-Misbah stares at Sanam. Sanam says she is an old lady, weak and dizzy, so brought her home. Misbah sees Fake-Misbah and passes out. Fake-Misbah offers to help but Sanam resists but finally relents. Fake-Misbah helps Sanam carry Misbah inside the room. Fake-Misbah suggests to remove Misbahs veil but Sanam pushes her out of the room. Fake-Misbah is taken aback but walks off. Misbah opens her eyes and hits Sanam with a candle stand. Misbah fumes on Sanam saying. your a liar, you promised to save me but instead you brought me to Fake-Misbah.
Precap -- Nazia thanks Sanam-2 for helping her and Saif and Sanam-2 tells her to hurry off. She then calls Nazia back and gives her a sweet. A while later, Gazala carries Nazia back to the bed and Sanam-2 smirks, tonight is a killer night.
