Chapter 15 (b) - Safe Under Your Wings This chapter is my sorry for late update. So sorry guys was busy and in free time I was not able to write as whatever I wrote seems boring and if this chapter is boring then too sorry next one will be interesting pkka promise Tanveer and Dilshad came home and saw Najma in hall, watching TV. Najma looked at the two, switched off the TV and stood up. She gave Tanveer a deathly glare and turned to walk away. Dilshad called out for her.
"tum aj college nhy gye?"Dilshad asked confusedly
Najma looked at Tanveer who gave her I don't care for your stare look.
"no! I didn't wanted to"Najma replied shortly and walked away from there without listening what Dilshad was going to say because she was fed up of Tanveer sight and her not happening marriage discussions, too much waste of time.
Dilshad stood watching the way Najma went from, confused of her suddenly changed behaviour. Tanveer phone vibrated, she looked at the name and was startled she looked at Dilshad and hiding the cell phone she posed herself to be tired.
Najma stopped and observed Tanveer behaviour. She was curious.
"I am tired. I'm going in my room"Tanveer's voice was tiredy like she was truly tired a big dramebaz that she is
Dilshad noded without looking at her and Tanveer moved for her room hurriedly while Najma followed Tanveer.
Tanveer closed her room door and securely locked it, then she quickly moved to the center of the room and took the call that was going to end.
Najma stood by Tanveer's room door eavesdropping on her.
"ok ok am coming"Najma heared Tanveer last sentence before she cut the call and mumured something to herself inaudible to Najma
Najma heared the click of door and quickly hide herself so not to be seen by Tanveer. Tanveer walked out of the room looking here and there while Najma followed her steps. Tanveer came out of house and hailed an auto. Najma did the sameand asked driver to follow Tanveer's auto.
Zoya was sitting in her room smiling about something. She heard the knock on door and smiled widely. Hiding her smile she opened the door and smiled inwardly seeing the person in front of her.
"Mr Khan ap yahn mere room mai kese? Wo bhi is wakt? itni subah?"Zoya said innocently
Asad looked at her dazed.
"can I come in?"Asad said ignoring her questions
Zoya noded shrugging her shoulders and giving him way to enter. Zoya smiled and closed the door but hide her smile before coming infront of Asad.
"
ab bolo kya bat hai???"Zoya asked sitting on bed
Asad stared at her for long time before replying.
"I said you to get phone and call me" Asad said looking at her accusingly
"you said me that? I didn't remember!" Zoya said with big eyes and as she saw Asad opening his mouth to say something she immediately added
"never mind. I forgot I think"Asad shook his head
"
here I knew you have not bought it so while coming here I bought it from the way" Asad said givit Zoya box of phone
Zoya gaped and looked at Asad -
"Mr khan whats wrong with you?" Asad looked at Zoya confusedly "
I said I forgot of call back not! I have got new cell"Asad looked at her open mouth while Zoya pursued her lips trying to hide her smile at his expression. Asad stood thinking something deeply.
"okay then I'll break it" Asad shrugged his shoulders and was going to throw the box when Zoya held his hand wide hand
"you can exchange it Mr Khan instead of breaking it?" Zoya said with her big eyes
"I bought it for you and if you don't want it then am not going to exchange it" Saying so Asad was going to throw the cell again when Zoya took it from his hand
"
Mr Khan I was joking. I didn't have any cell"Asad smiled widely while Zoya narrowed her eyes.
"
don't look at me like that I know what you are thinking. You know I was joking of throwing it away I got that you are joking so I just played around."Asad replied her unvoiced question
"
hawww" Zoya opened her mouth in shock and fume
Asad laughed at her angering her more. Zoya looked around in anger and took the pillow, she attacked on Asad with pillow. Asad, knowing her attention ran from her and Zoya ran behind him. Asad was running and Zoya was throwing pillow towards him when one pillow came under Asad's leg, tripping him though Asad was safe from the fall but his back was hurt by the table side, hurting him on his bruises again.
"
ahhh "Asad winced in pain
Zoya ran towards his side asking him what happened. Asad gulped his pain and act to be alright with small smile but Zoya saw the pain in his eyes.
"you are lying Mr Khan! But you should know your eyes cannot lie neither you should lie" Zoya said looking in his eyes with sadness in her own eyes
Asad looked in her eyes shocked. He forgot his own pain at that time and cupped her face.
"
Zoya am sorry! Don't be sad please. Am alright see" Asad said in consoling tone
"you got hurt right?" Zoya said innocently
Asad smiled softly "
am alright just a little bruise I think" as Asad said that he looked away while Zoya looked at him Asad tried to avoid eye contact but Zoya's sharp burning stares make him confessed
"
actually yesterday I got little hurt so I think... Asad looked down nervously
Zoya was shocked as reality dawn on her. She remembered falling with Asad on floor. She closed her mouth with her palm
"
it means yesterday night... Did you treat it? what a fool I am how can you treat your own back? Take out the shirt" Zoya said
Asad looked at him with open mouth - "
are you trying to take my advantage?"Zoya rolled her eyes - "
I don't need to okay? I have already seen you shirtless. I will close my eyes you take out your shirt and I'll just aid your back it's simple" Zoya said shrugging her shoulders
As Zoya stood with her back towards him, closing her eyes she felt her heartbeat rising. She remembered seeing him shirtless last time and think about now she didn't wanted do it, she felt it wrong somewhere but she was helpless by her heart. Asad was hurt due to her and has did so much for her she can't let him bear the pain due to her.
Zoya turned when Asad asked her to and open her eyes but she close them instantly seeing the bruises. She applied the medicines with teary eyes feeling his pain while Asad keep on looking at her from mirror.
"
you don't need to you know" Asad said softly
"
but I want to "Zoya replied
Silence prevail the room only emotions were talking with each other.
Najma was following Tanveer and reached the park, where she went last time and cried her heart out. She remembered her meeting with Rehan. Najma brushed those memories of stranger and keep an eye on Tanveer who walked in the park searching probably someone. Najma saw a hint of recognition on Tanveer's face so she get to know that Tanveer has found for what she came. She become alert. Tanveer walked towards someone and Najma trailed behind her. Tanveer meet Razia standing in the park with hawk eyes. Najma was standing behind many people she tried to see the person Tanveer is meeting but when she was about to see Razia someone jumped infront of her.
"hi"Najma looked at the person and recognised him as the stranger who met her last time what was his name? Oh yes Rehan
"what is your problem? Get out of my way"Najma, the ever sweet girl couldn't control her irritation from this unknown guy who just jumped between her brother future and her life without any reason
"woho why so angry? Last time you was crying today you are angry do you have some emotion issues?"Rehan joked that was not so funny and he understood that with Najma expressions
"who are you to care what I do or what not? Now leave me way"Najma tried to walk from other side but Rehan didn't let her
On the other side, Razia after fairly eating up Tanveer with her murderous stare, hold her from shoulders tightly and was going to say something when her eyes fall on Najma. She was shocked and keep on looking at Najma and then looked at Tanveer. Tanveer coming out of Razia grip turned to see what Razia is seeing and was shocked too on seeing Najma talking oh not talking but fighting with some boy.
"Najma yahn?"Tanveer said shocked
Before Najma could land her eyes on them while fighting with Rehan, Razia dragged Tanveer behind a bush.
"tum pagal ho kya? Khyal nhy kr skty thy? Aj Najma hmara sach jan jaty"Razia said gritting her teeth
"mjhe nhy pata tha k wo yahn h"Tanveer defended herself
"par tum pata to kr skty thy na? Khair ab jab Najma yahn h. Hm yahn nhy reh skte mai tum se bd mai milungy isi jaga sham ko"Saying so Razia walked away leaving an angry Tanveer
"smjhty kya h ye budhiya apne ap ko? Isse to mai btaongy bas ek bar mery Asad se shadi ho jaye"Tanveer said furiously
Najma looked at Rehan spitting anger.
"you ruined it"saying so Najma stomped away shocking Rehan
"arre isse achanak kya hogya?"Rehan said innocently
Najma walked around the park trying to search for Tanveer. Suddenly, she saw Tanveer walking out of park hastily. Najma followed her from safe distance. She saw her taking auto again so she did the same. Najma thought Tanveer has meet the one she was going to meet and is leaving for home but she was shocked to see Tanveer's auto going in other direction.
Zoya looked at Asad blankly.
"
so you mean to say that Najma know all this even our plans?" Zoya asked with calmness in her voice but not in her head
Asad nodded. Zoya stood up
"
how can you be so careless Mr Khan?" Zoya said in anger shocking Asad, who stood up and gave her a confuse look "
You allow tamatar to help us even after knowing how dangerous Tanveer is? Tanveer tried to kill me but here you gave the responsibility to tamatar who is so young to handle Tanveer. How irresponsible! ""
Zoya she is my baby sister. She is far more strong than her age. And I know her she will not sit silently on this even if I denied her. I didn't wanted to hurt her by lying or getting angery on her neither I will let Tanveer hurt her" Asad reasoned his desicion
"but Mr Khan..." Zoya tried to argue
Asad hold Zoya from her shoulders - "
trust me Zoya I'll not let Tanveer win this time I promise"Zoya looked at him and noded hopefully
Asad looked around the hall trying to see Najma. Dilshad came from behind and placed her hand on his shoulder.
"
kisse dhoond rhe ho Asad?" Dilshad asked
Asad looked at Dilshad and thinking for sometime asked for Najma.
"
I don't know when we came she was watching TV and then went in her room" Dilshad replied
Tanveer was hearing this and smirked. She came and behaving innocently said
"
jammy I think you should keep an eye on Najma she didn't went to college today and is behaving strange I think she is hiding something"Asad got angry hearing Tanveer and before he could blast on her, he saw Najma entering the house nervous and worried.
"
Najma where were you?"Asad asked worriedly
Najma looked at Tanveer standing behind Asad smirking at her. Najma took a deep breath.
"
I don't need to tell you" Najma said looking down and passed by Tanveer who murmured 'impressive' audible to Najma, she stopped for a moment and looked at her
Asad's heart shrunked in fear but he composed himself telling himself that she is acting infront of Dilshad and Tanveer.
"
don't know what has happened to this girl?" Dilshad said worriedly
Asad walked away silently while Tanveer smirked evilly.
