What i feel is mainvamp will come to know thats oits not sanam ots sehar before nikah or on dday
and for nikha only sanam will come

Rehan is already forgiving her they say when you truly love someone you can't stay angry at them for long so he won't be either
and will be back to find sehar

We can only predict and make wild theories, rest the Cvs will decide. But yeah I believe either Seher's conscience might wake up again or Rehan plays a vital role, that might've been the foreshadowing.
