bahahaha!!! yes just what we need, AaHer babies. Maybe they'll have twins 😲 or if we're lucky triplets!! That way QH3 will have more drama than QH1+2 combined!!

But back to present situation, hmmm maybe Sanam will come back in 3 months and then we can have some RehNam too!❤️
