For now, we know more about her than she knows about herself. She's a con woman, and she's doing a job. No questions asked. In her "profession", a conscience is nothing but a liability.

She may be heartbroken over Rehan, and isn't at all thinking of her Doppelganger or Aahil, but let's be honest. She grew up on the streets - a dog eat dog world. Each man for themselves, and all that.

She only knows this life. She's probably been alone for most of hers, and so she's accustomed to think of herself only. Horrible as it may seem to us as the viewers, that's probably the rationale behind her character, and the selfish way she's behaving.

Seeing Sunehri behave gaga over some ice and the promise of a million bucks always reminds me of a line from a movie I love, Madame Sousatzka. It was about a piano teacher, older English lady, and her student, a young, talented Indian boy - the son of Indian immigrants to England.

When the teacher made fun of his single mother for always behaving as though she had dollar signs in her eyes whenever money or the promise of wealth was discussed, the student's reply was one that has always always stuck with me.

"It's important to her, because she's never had any"

The same could be said of money, love or many other things.

Sunehri has none of these.

She had love for a while, but she lost it because of her natural habit of lying (Yes, she was about to tell Rehan the truth, but she waited too long).

Now she's being promised something else she's never had - money. And not just a small amount a common criminal and petty thief could gain.

This time, it's a professional's fee.

If only she actually thought about why she was being offered such a huge amount simply for standing in place for someone else...?

My goodness! This was such a ramble

Thanks.

It' just been bugging me.

I mean... I LOVE Aahil, and he's had a traumatic past. It has so many of us so concerned for him, so sympathetic towards him...

Yet some of those same viewers that are sympathetic to Aahil's plight, can't find an ounce of sympathy for a woman who was brought up on the street as an orphan, and probably found a way to survive.

Yes, there ae success stories of abuse victims and street children, but they are few and far between.

Everyone deserves a chance.

If you can sympathise with one lot, you should find it in you to sympathise with the other lots, too.

Well said!
I guess the slow movement in the story is main thing that viewers are getting agitated.

I've never had a problem with Sunheri's grey shades. It's the expectation that she shouldn't be grey that is my point of contention.
She WAS going to be impressed by the ring. Why is that a surprise? It shouldn't be and many called it just by the precap.

Completely!

There would be no doubt about being impressed by the ring.
I think people didn't want this track drawn out and were hoping the ring would make her feel guilty.

Come on!

This is the same chick that took a (possibly) worthless silver chain and pendant/ locket just because... Well, it was there, even though she had already just stolen an almost priceless necklace.

Looks like it's heading that way with all her flashes of childhood memories.

Well no body expects her to feel remorse cause she is a grey character. Just that she is so glib, kinda gets to me. I guess people expect Asya daughter to be a little remorseful too.
