I think Tanveer set off some type of smoke bomb to kill Dilshad but Ahail runs into the room to save her maybe he gets hurt falling but manage to save Dilshad. Sanam and Faiz probably went to get help. This is where they have to admit they have feelings not that they love each other but acknowledge there is something between them. Because of today's episode they are at a turning point it either they both end the fake marriage or make the marriage real.

I agree. I think after the Dilshad rescue etc.. SAHIL would decide to make this a real marriage. He has made her family, his. She has taken care of his family all along. They do love each other.

Absolutely. Their relationship has to shift now. They must take the next step and this situation can very well be the time that they do.

I agree too. After he saves Dilshad, things would change. It would show her how much he has taken her family into his heart. He wants them to have a real marriage and I think they'd agree to it.
