Okay my mind is blown reading all the amazing speculations.So I'm just gonna wait for this to air to give my head a break. 😆 But I hope it's Aahil who got hurt and Sanam takes care for him and not vice versa. It's high time we see Sanam's growing love for Aahil and how she takes care of him when he is in pain. We badly need such a scene! Hope Dilshaad is fine. :)
