I haven't read all the comments but I think it's going to be Sanan who's going to be hurt.

If you put two an two together, Sanam and Ahil just had the biggest quarrel of their life and I think while Sanam is trying to save Badiammi, she gets hurt and probably Ahil brings her to the hospital with Haya and Dilshad cos none of the other two have blood stains.

If Sanam is hurt, then probably it gives Seher more screen space to do her thing? Probably.

OK SO latest instagram video shows Aahil is hurt and is being brought in by stretcher and Sanam is running by his side... And another photo with him in hospital scrubs and a bandaged head ...
