I think Sanam or Aahil is injured. This looks like from the wedding. She probably runs out of the house in the wedding and gets hit by by a car, Aahil rescues her and he sustains the injuries.

I think Tanveer attacked Dilshad and she is in trouble.

And may be Sahil and HaFa finds her hurt when they reach the room and Aahil brings her to hospital.

If Sanam or Aahil is hurt, then why would Dilshad come to hospital? She is in comma.
