Coma or Amnesia Track for Dilshad?

What will make Dilshad keep quiet and put up with the nikah after she regains consciousness and after the heart attack? Will she be in a coma for a while or will there be a memory loss track? I for one cannot see Dilshad sit by quietly and let Sanam be in that house knowing full well that she is under Tanvir's roof. Whether the nikah has happened or not, the Dilshad we know would do everything needed to spirit Sanam away from there and go far away out of her reach unless she is in a coma or she has short term memory loss. However the amnesia track is cliched and overused in telly serials. What do you all think will happen?

They showed anger on Dilshaad's face, not an upcoming swoon.

I think she will vent her fury and Tunveer will get to know the truth about S's parentage, and feel that this is an even more brilliant master-stroke.
That the daughter of such people is working like a servant and will be married to a guy whom she intends to be destitute the next day.
Dilshaad may collapse afte her tirade or after hearing Tunveer's plan, and of course, no amnesia or coma...more likely, just immediate surgery needed and the bargain (as per precap) between S and Tunveer.
By the time Dilshaad comes out of surgery the wedding will be complete.
Does seem like the show is much faster paced than QH1. They would have taken 6 months to show all that has happened in the past 4 weeks.
I like it.😊

By the time Dilshaad reveals all to S, and then to ARI, they may not believe her, especially ARI.
More MU between ARI and S.

Whatever the case maybe but sad to see Sanam being emotionally black mailed to marry a person, who she thinks have mutual hatred with. Billi kabi sudregi nahin ...she is brutally conniving.

Retrograde Amnesia would be awesome, Dilshad will forget what happen after ASYA death including ASYA death, mistakes Sanam to Zoya and tell the dark secret about Tanveer ... Eventually Sanam will make the connection and take revenge on Billi and Billi's death will bring back Dilshad memory ...katam kahani.
