The way she behaves with Nazia makes it seem as though Nazia is the stepchild or half-sibling. Aahil's soft spot for Nazia too makes sense for her to be Tanveer's daughter.

Also, I think it would be more interesting to subvert the stereotype rather than have Tanveer's daughter the western dressed more bitchy sister.
