Farz. Nam toh suna hoga.

What?

Nahin?

Are you serious?!

*this is getting oddly repetitive...hmm should come up with a better introductory remark for the next person*

Heyya Amber.

Are you 13 by any chance *if you say no, I'm 14..I'm not gonna comment on your post ever*

Or are you normal.

18 above...aam janta. Like the rest if us.

No??? you're not normal? You're intelligent? *yes by default we're all not...we're just forced by age and well some say experience*

Oh my God.

How are you lots so brilliant?

And so well versed with not only the beautiful language called English and now that I do think about it Hindi too... and also all with life and world. And all that's in it and on it.

I mean seriously. You're funny, you're witty. And so very smart! And such great maturity too judging by your posts and comments.

When I was 13, that is, assuming you are now...All I cared about was...hmmm

Yeah exactly.

Nothing.

I was so naive and clueless and just starting out secondary school...and just want to be cool...and was so miserable at it.

Hmm.

Okay if you really are just like us commoners...then I'm really sorry if I scarred your ego. Didn't mean to.

Mwah!

p/s when I said 'Who are you?' in my earlier comment...I was totally referring to your title. And well Aahil.
But thanks for the kind introduction. At least now I can say...great post Amber...and not just great post!!!

Hehe

I knew that you were talking about the title, hence a smile after the name.
And I am not 13 or 14... moreover... Age is just a number.
Maturity and age doesn't always have a directly proportional relationship.
You are too kind, you always have the right words.
As I said earlier also your comments on my posts are a delight to read.

Similarities between Aahil and Sanam

1.They lost their father to Homicide.
2. They were raised by guardians after losing their parents.
3. They have two sisters.
4. They both are go getters.
5. They are ambitious.
6. They are volatile.
They turned out to be so different yet so similar at the same time. Yes they are meant to be because they are made for each other. <3 <3 <3
Now coming to our flawed HERO, Aahil Raza Ibrahim:
My QH soul sister soup thinks that he is a weak hero. I neither agree nor disagree.
My take on Aahil Raza Ibrahim Vs other larger than life heroes.
1. They were raised by loving and positive people, people who genuinely cared for them and raised them with values. Dilshad is a woman of substance, the iron lady of QH. ARI was raised by the manipulate, evil, crazy, dangerous, deceitful, vile, obnoxious (I can go on and on) step mom Tannu and a physically abusive father and yet he does not have any of those traits.

Aahil probably raised himself...with a father who was probably an alcoholic...and a step mother who went to jail...manipulative though...in light of may 15 epi...Tanveer went to jail when the girls were young...so Aahil grew up by himself...and he has been responsible for his sisters...and business..
2. The larger than life heroes lived with people with values and morals. ARI lives with Khala, khalu, Azhar, and his sisters. Yet he tolerates them and cares deeply for his sisters. He does not object to her wearing western clothes ... and that top was really short.

He shivers at the thought of her having a boyfriend...but it stops at that...he does not start a lecture...because he knows he is the pot ...and his sister knows it too well..
3. It is not his fault that he was born into a rich family. But any day a loving and caring family is better than a rich family. He takes his business seriously, because no matter what statehe is in , he is ready to talk to his clients and business partners anywhere, anytime in any state of mind.

Any state of mind...😆 ...he was born into luxury...had he been more careful and professional, he wouldn't be making and breaking deals on his mom's fancies!😉
4. He is an unapologetic Casanova, he clearly lays out the terms of his relationship. He does not force himself on anyone. He lets them know that this is just casual physical relationship for him.

👏 I don't approve of this trait...but I appreciate his honesty!👏
5. He burnt down Sanam's Dhaba in a state of rage and revenge. He was publically slapped by a girl, was about to be thrown out of the Dhaba. He reimbursed Sanam for the loss. But our dear Sanam burnt his car. So they were kind of even there. But we all know how important it was for the Dhaba to burn, Sanam to reach Bhopal and SaHil to begin.

Totally Agree! That slap was UNCALLED FOR!😲
6.The master of the Manor becomes a puppet in his Ammi's hand not only because he has the misconception that he owes his life to his Ammi but also because he loves her, reveres that pious step mom who gave up her life and youth in order to shield her step son.

Is there a cat worshipper in you, by any chance?😆
7. He tries to seek solace in Wine and Women because he is guilt ridden, he has been molded by Tannu, he is lonely and the two Ws serve as disposable companions, deep down he thinks that he is a devil, a bad man whereas other heroes had a very high opinion about themselves. He is trapped in his guilt.
Gul's other Heroes were raised in positive and conducive environment. ARI was raised in a hostile environment amongst greedy and selfish people, crazy people, yet he held his own. He is strong that is why he survived otherwise he would have been vile.

Similarities with Arnav- ASR had a traumatic childhood...he did not even care about his naani...his sister was his only concern... Anjali had to plead with him to respect Nani...of course none of these heroes had to bear the guilt of being a murderer...Considering that, Aahil has a lot of introspection...very down to earth, even when he is adamant...
Aahil is not Rashid...
Aahil listens to his Badi Ammi because he loves her, reveres her and thinks that she is the next best thing after sliced bread. He is not scared of her, is not under any kind of pressure. He was not blackmailed into doing this. Maybe he trusts his Ammi's business acumen also. We all know how Shatir Tannu is. We know everything that is to know about Tannu but Aahil has a completely different opinion about her. He knows that she wants his happiness and wants him to succeeded. And Rashid was selfish, weak and was unwillingly controlled by Siddiquis. Aahil does it because he loves his step mom unconditionally, out of sense of gratitude. He never cheats anybody, he owns his mistakes except for the homicide which I am sure that he did not commit.

He believes he did commit...and he is ashamed of it...too ashamed to declare it...thats where the Rashid similarity comes...
Aahil is indeed lovable because.

He has a multilayered, complex personality. He is ruthless. These dimensions add to his personality, he becomes a human... a totally relatable human.

He is affectionate towards his Ammi, sisters, Rehan and even the free loaders.
He is conscientious : He paid the truck driver, Sanam as well as the vegetable vendor to make up for the losses they suffered. He regretted and apologized for beating up the room service guys.
He does not force himself on anyone.
He was very respectful in his conversation with Dilshad. My favourite scene..
The angry young man's temper is very short lived , He was sad after being mean to Rehaan.
He is compassionate, as he spent 10 lakhs to bring a smile on a young lad's face.
He has attitude <3 lots of attitude.
He is one charming dude who is waiting for his soul mate to complete him.
He will be our strong hero as he will ultimately lead to Billi's downfall.

I am late...in purple...😳

i agree with it totally. AAHIL is a bad guy and also a casanova. but still he is totally different from all the gul heroes. he thinks he is a murderer and that too of his own dad who used to abuse him brutally. he is a wonderful son who always obeys his mom's words though she is his step mom. yeah i know that he does this so extremely that even i get irritated after all he is trusting and loving the bloody backstabber TANVEER who doesn't deserve it at all. he is totally guilt ridden. a lonely soul never being loved by anyone. though sanam lost her parents but still she had dilshad and haya with her to love a lot but AAHIL doesn't have anyone. every one around him are after him only for his money and property. though aahil knows about khala and khalu still he doesn't say single thing. AAHIL has the right to love and be loved he takes care of business his family and everything but still he has no one to take care of him . though we feel rehan cares for him rehan doesn't even notice the change in aahil and love in his eyes for sanam while aahil found out instantly about rehan's feelings for sanam. for me AAHIL'S character is wonderful character in t.v who know to love and can make others hate him AAHIL IS TOTALLY AMAZING AND IT WAS WONDERFULLY POTRAYED BY KVB THAT WE CANNOT BE LOVING AAHIL WHO HAS ALL THE EMOTIONS🥱

👏👏awesome awesome post...I promise you have actually put my thoughts in your words...I was recently introduced to this show..and have been thinking and feeling what you have so beautifully and aptly put in words...thnks.
Aahil is one of the most unusual creations from Gul's house...and somewhere I feel its unfair that he is not getting his due. Love his character to the core, he intrigues me to say the least. Probably one of the finest and subtly strongest male leads till date.
And please keep writing, looking forward to more of your thoughts and words 😊
