Just bcoz it didnt work earlier, doesnt mean it wont work now.

And anyways its not being publicized as season 2, its a leap within the same story.

And as for the death of asya, yes, it could've been different, but still it woul'dve ended with asya's death only. There's a lot happening behind the scene which none of us are aware of. The reason for so many sudden tracks closure, without giving proper time, without any promos. And if leap was planned earlier, then directly after the nikaah they would've taken up the abbu and ammi track instead of showing tannu and Nikhat drama.

Leap has been planned all of a sudden, for reasons known only to the maker and channel. We can speculate and point fingers, but the truth is not gonna come out any soon.
