Her hands inadvertently rested on his broad chest and eyes drooped down, unable to comprehend his emotions. Her cheeks turned into a darker shade of crimson and this mere act of shyness broke his self-restraint.

He inched his face forward towards her and she reciprocated his action. Their wet faces were just inches apart, his eyes were fixed on the water droplets dripping down her cheeks. She looked ethereal in her wet form and her beauty was enhanced with the blush on her cheeks. He was about to place his lips on hers when he saw her lips parted a bit and eyes tightly shut. Her heavy breaths unveiled her nervousness. Asad smiled at her innocence and moved back, keeping his arm still wrapped around Zoya. He kissed her on her cheeks just where her dimples resided.
