I'm so so so sorry 4 the late, I was busy that's why. I liked all ur comments and keep commenting and liking. So, here goes Chapter 4.

CHAPTER 4:

Everyone returned to their homes after school. Asad was just thinking about the almost kiss which happened in school between him and Zoya. For the first time he didn't concentrate the classes. Even after returning home he didn't wish his mom and he directly went to his room. Even he did not have any snacks. Dilshad was worried so she asked Faizal, "Yeh Asad ko kya ho gaya?".

Faizal: Pata nahi Ammi Bhaijaan ko kya ho gaya.

Dilshad: Achcha!!! Toh main jaake dekhti hoon.

Then it struck his mind that he might be disturbed about the almost kiss. He didn't want his mother to ask Asad as he would say whatever happened if anyone keeps questioning him about that. So he suddenly said,"Haan Ammi woh hamara basketball team abhi tak tyaar nahi hua na isliye hi woh pareshaan hai."

Dilshad: Ok then.

Then Faizal sighed in relief.

Najma (whispered to Faizal): Bhaijaan mujhe nahi lagta hai woh uske liye pareshaan hai. Woh hamesha Zain par umeed rakhte hain. Kuch toh gabad hai.

Faizal: Kuch nahi huaTamatar. Bhaijaan usi ke liye hi tension hai. Don't worry. Saying so he left quickly. But Najma didn't believe him so she thought of asking Zoya everything later. Zoya never hides anything from her family or Najma and Faizal.

9 PM:

FAROOQUI MANSION:

ZOYA'S ROOM:

Najma: WHATTT???!!!! REALLY???!!!! You and Asad Bhaijaan were about kiss today???!!!!

Zoya: Please Tamatar don't shout. Anyone might hear us. Aur sab mujhe hi daantenge. Please.

Najma: Ok sorry. Par, are you serious???!!!!

Zoya: Yeah. But please don't tell this to anyone, I beg you.

Najma: Ok. I promise you. I won't tell anyone.

A FEW DAYS LATER:

Asad kept ignoring Zoya after that. Whenever she comes to talk to him he would come up with some excuses and walk away from that place. Zoya didn't like his behaviour towards her so she thought of asking him. But even if she walk in his direction he would run from there.

FAROOQUI MANSION:

ZOYA'S ROOM:

Zoya (to herself): Allah Miya what's wrong with this Asad!!!! Kuch dino pehle woh kitne friendly tey, toh ab kya ho gaya usko. Don't tell me that he is reacting like this for that almost kiss thing. Main toh woh bhool chuki hoon. Mujhe uss se baat karni hogi.

Both Khan Mansion and Farooqui Mansion shared the same lawn without any fence separating the houses. So, Zoya went to the lawn and threw a note into Asad's room.

Please meet me in the lawn. The place where we usually sit and talk

At first he thought not to go but felt that it would be wrong as she would be waiting for him. So, he went there and saw her waiting.

Asad: Hey Zoya!!!

Zoya (turning around): Hey Asad!!! Come sit here. She tapped her hand near her.

Asad: Ok.

He sat near her and they talked about their basketball team, sports day, exams, teachers, classmates, etc, etc. Then after she asked about his behavior towards her.

Zoya: Tum kyon mujhe aajkal ignore kar rahe ho? Did I do something wrong?

Asad: Nahi Nahi!!!! Woh sports day aane wala hai na isliye main toda pareshaan hoon... that's it.

Zoya: No!!! Koi aur baat hai... mujhe isliye ignore kar rahi ho na ki hum... uss din...

Asad knew what was she about to say.

Zoya: ...we were about to kiss.

Asad: Aisi koi baat nahi Zoya.

Zoya: No!!! I know that you are ignoring me because of that.

Asad: No yaar.

Zoya: YES!!!

Asad: NO!!!

Zoya: YES!!!

Asad: NO!!!

Zoya: YES!!!

Asad: NO!!!

Zoya: NO!!!

Asad: YES!!!

Zoya: Maine bhola tha na you are ignoring me because of that!!! And she kept on ranting.

Asad: OK OK OK!!! Stop!!! And there was a silence for some time.

Zoya: Ok!!! Ummm... let's forget about that and we will start from the beginning... umm... friends? She brought hand forward to shake. Asad looked her hand.

Asad: Ok friends. He shook her hand.

Asad (to himself): I should never look into her eyes. If I did, I will surely lose my control.

Zoya (to herself): I should try not looking into his eyes. If I did I don't know what will happen.
