Girls ..I am working on the possibility of suing Zee but will make a move once I am convinced of success .
The legal expert I am in consultation with has asked me for evidence so I have been busy collecting it over the past week. For example the Forum 32 BTS which show Karan in a very positive light ...and it looks more positive after seeing the clips with his replacement who seems obsessed with his appearance ..throughout the break he is looking at himself in the mirror ...even the female lead does not seem so inclined. Of particular note is the BTS celebrating the DOP's birthday where he categorically makes the point that Karan is amazingly hardworking .
Fortunately all this visual evidence can not be retracted . This is the advantage of social media ..teer ek baar kamaan se nikal jaata hai toh wapis nahin bulaya jaa sakta hai !
There is more visual evidence to dispute Zee's accusations .
Personal attacks are the weakest point as to Zee it should not matter even if Karan had to move for another separation .They are only there to assess his contribution to the serial in terms of acting ..his personal life has nothing to do with it...he is not paid by them for his morals but his acting. In any case the entertainment industry is replete with stories of such activities and I am not sure if Zee can find enough people who do not drink or have affairs to man their channel itself ...leave alone the actors and techies of all the shows they host .
If such issues are the criterion for hiring and firing artists Zee should conduct a virginity test before commencing shoots ! And periodically during the shoots too !!
They will come a cropper for sure !
Case there will be for sure ...have no fear. but I will thrash out the details as this has to sort out bigger issues .Karan is the most recent victim of slander and we are the most recent victims of being cheated of our rights as viewers ...but this is a continuous process .Channels and some PH behave as if we are idiots and can be appeased with any thing they churn out ! This has to stop !
Channels have to become professional . First they have to clean up their act before defaming their artists. They have to deal with fan's outrage politely .
If we are a united group however big the opposition maybe we can teach them the right way .
And we will do it .this is a bigger fight than getting Karan his apology ...which he deserves ! This is a battle between ...
Audience VS Zee TV ..that is the case I will file .They have cheated us and we need to fight back without dragging Karan into it !
