Personal will be better guys, and with a LOCAL ELDERLY PERSON!
They'll nt gv importance abt Fax and all. They'll ignore it for long & we dont hv tym. Face to face deal will be best!

See,in my country,bangladesh,there is extreme political unrest going on.we are sitting home because of blockades and strikes..moreover,today is election day.its just mayhem.I dont think any newspaper will pay heed to this matter right now even if I went there.

As for Indian local newspapers,I dont know how it works!But I guess going personally would be the best idea!

For adverts one has to go personally. Nobody entertain faxes as you have to sit with their designers and design the add or you bring your own., and payment has to be made b4 add comes out. So faxing is not gonna work unless you are asking for quote of add.
