Actually, in the real world, people can be arrested if suspected of committing a crime, and even are convicted based on that conviction. It's not about whether they actually did the crime or not, its about the evidence that is gathered against them and how that evidence is used against them in the court of law. So if you want to compare it to the real world, then all the evidence is against Zoya in this case.

Also I think comparing a crime to this shouldn't be comparable, completely different situations. Zoya didn't necessarily decline because the whole time she was following whatever Tanveer was saying. Also, she still didn't decide to tell Asad when she decided to stay back, instead let him find out on his own. What if luck hadn't been on her side that day when she was praying? And Asad didn't walk in when he did?

No. But do I understand them or accept them ? Yes. If not I would have left QH the day she forgave Asad for slapping her...let alone trade her.
