Sometimes, forgiving someone who's wronged you goes a long way not because you're someone bigger or smaller in the relationship but because you took a small step of faith to put the hurt and torment behind you and made a decision to make yourself feel alright again.

I beg to differ...Rashid did not come for Zoya's Mr.Khan,but only for his wife,Dilshaad.Had he come for him,he would have said that I want to live with Dilshaad and Asad both.Did he say that even for once?or even imply it?He said and I quote,"Mai chahta tha ke yeh faisla mai tumhari razamandi ke saath loon,but tumne mere liye koi aur raasta nahin chora" and "Tumhari ammi hone se pehle woh meri biwi hai"...in my opinion,that means he only came for his wife,NOT for his children or their ammi.

Rashid still had a chance to redeem himself,but by abandoning his children all over again,he lost that chance forever.At least for me.

If Zoya says something of this sort,that day will be the day when she became completely matured!I expect Zoya to take Dilshad's side and make him understand her POV...but at the same time,she shud try to understand Asad's feelings also!
Dilshad is leaving Asad for Rashid!If Rashid asked this b4 Zoya came to Asad's life,she wudnt have left Asad bcoz she knows that Asad has no one to take care of except her...but now Zoya is there for him no matter wat happens!So she strongly believes that he is not left alone and she herself wants to be with her shauhar now!
Coming to Rashid,he repents for wat he did,but did nothing for which he deserves forgiveness for his mistake...!I just dont understand one thing!Til date he cudnt answer to anyone's questions or insults pointed towards Dilshad.He never supported them!Thats the main reason Asad hates him still...Remember Dilshad's words?"Aaj pata chala ki apka apna beta aapse itna nafrat kyu karta hai!Mujhe aapse khamoshi ki hi umeed thi!Accha huva ki aapne meri umeed todi nahi!"These words were uttered by Dilshad during 10days challenge!That day when Shireen is giving baddua to Dilshad and Asad,Rashid did nothing except staring at the tamasha!Now if Dilshad goes to SM,it is obvious that Dilshad will be pointed out first and insulted that she trapped him again!Now Rashis is the one who begged for her forgiveness and tuk her to SM.Now can he stand up for her?And the most important thing is he caused same pain to both Dilshad and Asad 17ago...now he wants to correct that by taking Dilshad with him!But wat abt Asad?Does Asad not deserve an explanation?Does Rashid not consider Asad as his family?

i still dont get why asad should have to forgive rashid or have any kind of relationship with him. like why is everyone forcing him to like such a bad person?

rashid may be trying to "rectify" his mistakes by now living with both him wives (oh yes what a great idea rashid) but he has proven again that he can never be a good father. how easily he lets ayaan leave the house because its more important for him to live with his two wives then to even try to understand what all this might be like for ALL this children.

instead of taking time and countless conversations with asad and everyone about their decision rashid ambushed asad in his house and told him that he (the man who left him and his mother for all these years) has more right on dilshad than asad (the boy who stood by his mother all these years and suffered with her)

Zoya doesn't know how it feels because she doesn't know who her father is, she doesn't know what reason he had for leaving, she doesn't know if her father even knows where is is. I'm dying to see if Zoya forgives Gaffur after she finds out Gaffur knew Razia killed her mother and then the hid the murder and sent her to an orphanage. Rashid knew where Asad was all these years, he knew when they were suffering, but he still did nothing.

I dont get why a man like this needs to be forgiven by his children? So its okay? Everything that they went through? Everything that Shireen and her children are now going through is okay?

If these parents dont care about how their children feel then why should these kids have to suddenly become okay with something that is NOT okay. I would not be ok my father if she brought another wife into our house. I would not be ok with my mother if she married a man who already has a family. And I certainly would not forgive the father who left me and my father in the hands of poverty alone for 17 years. And I certainly would not want my mother to MOVE in with him and his wife in his wife's house.

Zoya needs to be a companion for Asad right now. Atleast give him some time to cry it out, does he not have the right to be sad about this? What is the point of being a partner if you wont allow the other person to feel the way they feel? Does Zoya not see the hurt behind Asad's hatred. Why do these people expect that hurt to just go away suddenly? Oh has Mr. Rashid taken that from him too??

PS Rashid never came back for Asad, he came for Dilshad.
