Asad is pacing worriedly in the hall.. he sees the time.. its 8 and zoya is not yet back home...

He recollects if he said anything wrong but he couldn't recollect if he had said anything to hurt her...

***** FLASHBACK ******

In the morning...

Zoya: Mr. Khan aapko nahin lag raha ki aap kuch bhool rahe hainn...? 😳

Asad: Of course Miss farooqui how could i forget..? He kisses her on her forhead and wishes her "Good Morning"

Zoya is at first excited but in no time it changed to anger and she seemed to seething with anger ready to burst any moment but somehow managed to keep her cool...

Asad: Oh! And Ms. Farooqui i forgot the main thing ..! how could i get soo careless..?

Zoya has a triumphant smile on her face and is eagerly waiting when..

Asad: i forgot to tell you that ammi had said that you needed to go shopping for some things. So please be ready by 5:30 and i'll be back so we'll go together...

Thus breaking zoya's bubble again...

Asad: cuz ammi has asked me to purchase a gift..(at this zoya's face lifts but only to fall again) for Kashish as she got a baby girl.. aur maine unhe promise kiya hai ki main aaj hi jaake unhe wish karoonga...

Asad again kisses her goodbye and leaves for office... He has not forgotten her birthday but to give her surprise she needs to go out so he asked ayaan and his siblings along with nikhat and najma to come and do all the preparations till he was with zoya cuz he knew if he left any of them with her something or the other would go wrong...

At 11:30 prasad reminds him of his meetings with his client Mrs. Shamira Agarwal... She along with her certain employees start the meeting expressing her new plans for the upcoming mall and its budget and material costs... Asad had immediately taken a liking to the plan and was formulating further plans... This project had always been on his mind and he was really looking forward for it..

Soon he was sooo immersed in work that he had missed his lunch and did not see zoya's calls or anyone's for that matter... when he finally finished laying out his designs for the new mall he decided to take a break and asked Prasad to inform when it was 5:30...

Prasad: Sir its already six... But asad got an email from Shamira regarding certain doubts so he didn't hear him... He decided he would surprise Zoya with an early visit since Prasad had not yet informed and in a good mood went home..

Asad(thinking): Agar ghar jaldi jaaonga toh shayad voh kaam jaldi khatam kar doonga ur fir Zoya ko bahar le jaaonga...

But on the way to his house he received a call from Shamira saying there were some serious issues regarding the latest project so if they could meet.. So he told her to call her once he reaches home cuz he is driving...

Everyone had done a fantastic job in decorating his backyard and he had also decided to set up a candle light dinner himself instead of going out anywhere... (imagine d lighting nd all lyk d one done fr d dance- Saans) He had even bought her a stunning red and black sari with netted full-sleeves.. (will try nd update a pic if i find it)

He tried calling her but she was continuously rejecting them and had finally switched her fone off...

He decided to go to toot te taarey mantar( its sort of cliff type of place where couples usually hangout... nd from where shooting stars can be seen) nd drove frantically there only to find a nearly empty ground as it was getting late... he searched all places and had almost given up when he saw her... she was sitting on the bench.. their usual spot and was crying...

Asad: Zoya..! Tumhe andaza bhi hai ki main kitna dar gaya tha..? aur mera phone kyun nahi uthaya..?

Zoya (really furious): Mr. Khan aapko kya faraq padhta hai... ki main kahan rahun..??!! And vaise bhi Mr. Khan u've lost all rights on me... so please leave me alone...!!

Asad: Zoya...! (even he is angry) mujhe faraq padhta hai kyunki main tumse pyaar karta hun...! tum aise kaise bol sakti ho...?!

Zoya: Oho..! Vaah Mr.Khan toh aap double timer hai...??!! Jaaiye aur chipak jaaiye apne Ms. Shamira ke paas..! Kya keh rahe the "i've really enjoyed working with you and i think that we should take this to a new level..".. now she starts sobbing uncontrollably nd he tries to cm close to her to to calm her... but she asks him to stay away...

He is shocked... and is trying to control his laughter...

Zoya: Mr.Khan kya humara pyaar itna kamzor tha ki aapne kisi aur ladki ke saath kuch samayi bitaake unse pyaar karne lag gaye..!! Kyun Mr.Khan..? Kyun..? Kyun kiya aapne aisa...??

Asad: Zoya, tum galat samajh rahi ho..

Zoya: Mr.khan mene khud apne kaano se suna hai aur aankhon se dekha hai aapko yeh kehete hue so don't u dare deny it..!

Asad: Bas Zoya..!! Hum bas kaam ke bare me baat kar rahe the and for God's Sake she is a happily married woman..!!! Aap aisa soch bhi kaisi sakti hain?

Zoya: Not bad for an excuse, Mr. Khan but please save it...!! I mean why wouldn't you want to go after her... cuz she is a successful woman... nd Mr.Khan yeh sab kabse chal raha hai...?? I know you ended our relationship officially today but when did you really fall for her..?

Asad: What nonsense?? Maine kab yeh rishta tod diya...?? Ms. Farooqui aap theek toh haina..?? and how could you think so low of me..??!! If you want you can confirm with her ki agar hum dono ke beech kuch chal raha hai ya nahi..!!

Zoya: Jooth..! aapne khud kaha tha ki aap yeh rishta tod rahe hain...

"Mr. Khan, Ye aap kya keh rahe hain..? Wait wait wait... Mr. Khan are you planning to call it quits...??!! Allah miya wats wrong wid u Mr.Khan..??

Asad: Umm Ms. Farooqui i hate to say that its a yes.. but mujhe bohot kaam hai toh main andar fresh hokar kaam ke liya baith jaaonga toh please aap mujhe disturb mat kijiyega...

Zoya: How could you Mr. Khan..?? Aap kya quit karenge main hi reject karti hun...!! Aur haan mujhe aapko disturb karne ka shauk nahi hai... infact you noe wat Mr. Khan to HELL WITH YOU...!! accha hua ki mujhe yeh sab nikaah ke pehle hi pataa chal gaya...

Asad: Ms. Farooqui.. aap reject kar rahi hain..?? Par aap gussa kyun ho rahi hai..? Aap jaanti nahi lekin shayad aapne mera kaam aur asaan kar diya.. thank you miss farooqui... aur mein vadaa karta hun ki main aapko...

Asad: Zoya main aapko bahar shopping ke liye le jaane ki baat kar raha tha...!! Yaad hai maine subhe aapse kaha tha..??

Zoya(shocked and sobbing): Toh aa.. aap shopping ki baat kar rahe the... Oh my god..! I'm sooo soorryyy Mr. Khan.. mujhe pataa nahi maine aise kaise soch liya...

Asad: No.. mujhe sorry kehna chahiye..(and takes her into his arms where she starts sobbing uncontrollably and he tries to calm her) kyunki agar maine aapko clearly bataya hota toh itni badi Misunderstanding nahin hoti... par aapne aise soch bhi kaise liye mai aapse rishta todunga..??!!

Zoya: voh kya haina ki main subhe se gussa thi ki aapne mujhe wi... (she stops cuz she realises that he hasn't wished her yet so she is back to her old self and pushes him) Allah miya, what's wrong with you zoya? Mr. Khan mujhe aapse baat nahin karni hai toh aap please yahan se chale jaaiye...

Asad(at first hurt but then realising why she pushed him): Zoya mujhe doctor ke paas jaana hoga...

Zoya: Ya Allah..! Kya hua aapko Asad... aap theek toh haina... kya aapko bukhar hai...?(she checks his forehead)... Asad aap kuch bolte kyun nahin...??!!

Asad: Agar aap mujhe bolne deti toh main aapko bataa tha... Aur mujhe kuch nahin hua.. aapko le jaana hai.. aapka behaviour bohot ajeeb hai... kabhi baat karna chahti hai kabhi nahi, kabhi khush kabhi gussa... I mean yeh normal nahi hai, na... toh isiliye...

Zoya: Allah Miya...!! Aap meri chinta chod dijiye aap khud ke bare mein sochiye..!! Aapki yaadash kaafi kamzor ho hayi hai...!! (Back to her huffing mode)

Asad: Ab aap please ghar chaliye...! Kaafi der ho chuki hai...!

Zoya: Mujhe aapke saath nahin aana hai.. (pouting and turning away from him)

Asad: Theekh hai..! toh fir main chalta hun..! Allah Hafiz

Zoya: Allah miya..! Mr. Khan mujhe chodkar jaa rahe hain...??!!! How mean.. ab main bhi yahi rahungi jab tak voh mujhe nahin wish karte hainn...!!

She hears the sound of a car.. but still does not turn knowing its her jahapanah six packs... when suddenly she is picked up into the air and is shocked...

Zoya: Chodiye mujhe Mr. Khan..! Varna main yaha chilla doongi aap mujhe force kar rahe hain...!!

Asad smirks and says: Jitna chillana chahti hain aap chilla sakti hain lekin aapki baat koi nahin sunega kyunki yahan koi hai hi nahi...! toh ab aap please chup chap se ghar chaliye.. mujhe bohot saare kaam hai aur ek bohot hi important task khatam karna hai...

Zoya pouts and mumbles to herself( how insensitive and selfish of you, Mr. Khan...!)

Asad: I heard that!

Zoya was silent on her way home and on reaching the house she went immediately to her room only to be shocked...!!

SO how was it...??!! nd i know i left it at sort of cliffy but that is wat keeps the readers hooked isn't it..?? 😆
