It's you all members written all sorts of words to it.

And doing it behind closed doors is not indecent???? Oh wow gal you need to grow a brain. Their love is so pure that they are not afraid for the world to see it but you are saying get a room and go have sex if you can't control yourself. How indecent are you here???

Have you never hugged anyone of the opposite sex out of Just Love or to comfort. Well i have and that to infront my husband who knew exactly why . Am i indecent or was i an adulterer???

Lovers need not express this way. That's what I mean.

But in all 18 pages it's showing that unless physical these lovers can't even exist.

In all 18 pages, I suppose that the essential aspect of the argument posed has been overlooked. Asad and Zoya were not hugging to express their love. That would be an extremely imbecilic rebellion. All four hugs have served as means of solace and comfort for the couple.

And since you have brought up the "in someone else's house" argument, I would suggest referring to all comments that have addressed various reasons why no one in that household deserves any sort of respect.

As for the "without physical intimacy, love cannot exist" accusation, may I dare point out that such a thing was never said? Quite on the contrary, you mentioned, in your original post, that AsYa's relationship was bordering on lust and they need to release those pent up sexual desires in a more socially acceptable manner (i.e. book a room). Everyone else was simply pointing out why those hugs were AsYa's means of finding comfort. Not lusting after each other.

I don't think the point is being driven thru. Some are just so adamant to believe what they want to believe.

Great reply BTW 👏

So, I can see the long debate over this topic, not to mention some hilarious posts, but I'd just like to reiterate a few points that some people are forgetting (not bashing or disrespecting them, but simply juxtaposing my answers to the authors :

1) There is a reason the marriage was shown to be illegal. They could have simply just gotten married; it isn't unknown of, in the tele land, to get accidentally married to someone else - the reel world is full of them. However, this marriage wasn't legal. So firstly, you argument is not valid AT ALL. It doesn't have a backbone.

2) Let's simply disregard the fact that they aren't actually even in a marriage. Even, if that were the case, Ayan and Zoya don't accept the marriage in any sense. Of course, we all say (don't know about you), that love conquers all, and a loveless marriage is worse no marriage at all. Living with a person because of the society, and not because you love, forget love, even feel a thread of emotion for that person, is a crime in itself.

3) If you want to ignore the last point too, let's come to society. You do realize that the society, in this case, consists of Gaffur - the person who betrayed his wife, Razia - who thrives on murders and making people miserable, Rashid - a spineless and worthless piece of crap of a person, who thought it would be better to get remarried, than to go to prison, not to forget that if you take his children's age into account, he was cheating on his gullible wife long before that; the Grandma - who has never given an eff about her first daughter-in-law or grandchildren and seems more hell bent on defeating Razia; and I don't even need to state the invectives I have for Hassena Bi and her perfect family. In fact, comparing the couple with these people, Asya look like the most decent of the lot. They haven't betrayed anyone, aren't trying to hide their feelings, and are pretty sure that they are IT for one another. Let's just state the obvious here - Their love is much more important than a set of bad excuses of human beings here. They don't give an eff about them, the viewers don't and you shouldn't either.

4) Personally, I am fed up of their hugs. Not in your way though. I just want them to stop hugging and get on with some action. Anything- kisses, break-up, jail, anything! We live in the age of internet and stuff - google if you want - how many people want to be stuck in a loveless sham of marriage? The reason our country has so many long-lasting yet unhappy marriages is because of this close-minded thinking. Before that creates more controversial topics here, let me just say, I am no one to judge. But being a girl who has to get married some day, I wholly support living for love more than living for the society.

And I saw that you talked about the western world considering hugs to be negative. Let me just state that I have lived in Spain, Italy, USA and Czech Republic. None of these places take hugs as something indecent. If that was the case, well, I have hugged, on an average, 2 guys a day everyday, so I should probably just go and take a bath in the Ganga! Hugging is a form of showing your feelings - be it friendship or love - so just rein your horses before judging people and generalizing a statement to back up your argument. What someone thinks happens across the globe, doesn't actually happen that way. Been there, done that.

Simple Math -->

Asad + Zoya = Love = Hug (More like much more than hugs, but the CVs won't give us that.)

Ayan + Zoya = False Marriage = Eww = What Marriage again? = Throwing up in my mouth a little.

Therefore -- Hug = Who cares what the society thinks? = Not Indecent.

QH turned whole nikAh ceremony into a big fat joke. The holy Muslim man knew that boy woman are unwilling but still forced nikAh. Gul does need to clear this mess and provide nikAh ceremony with some validity.
I watch this show mainly for Asya and when zoyaan track happened I stopped watching totally but now that Asya are trying to fix the wrong I have started coming back off and on. Gul better be smart now and give a moralistic fix to the mess she created.

Ayaan just needs to say Talak 3 times and the whole nikah is called off , that is if it is valid in the first place. Why the big deal. Basically Ayaan screwed up ...lol and now he is not getting up to solve the problem.😕
