I know we can't talk much about logic in QH but nevertheless I want to ask this question, According to Haseena, Farhan is working in US right ?...when did he take up job in Bhopal? No one seems to question or clarify this in QH.

You are right, at least in this case we can assume that Haseena bi have some family business and Imran is helping his father with the business and now Farhan decided to stay back and join the business. Think about justifying Zoya not able to text Asad that Ayaan is sick while she has mobile in her hand, Badi bi expecting Zoya to take care of Ayaan when Doctor suggested a nurse, Ayaan falling sick exactly when Zoya have to leave and re setting the 7 day timeline...my head is spinning ...I better not try to search for gravity in a black hole.
