If Ayaan have internal injuries, SM team can call doctor and Shirin and Badi Bi can take care of him along with Humaira. Now that Nikat wedding is over Zoya should take leave on her own and go to KM via auto or call Asad to come and pick her up, which he will gladly do. All three know that this drama is until Nikat's wedding and after that whatever happens like Ayaan falling sick or Farhan leaving Nikat what so ever, Zoya should return back to Asad and if she can't return to Asad due to any Billi tactics then she should just go to NY ...Zoya has only 2 options ...either Asad or NY ...Ayaan can't be permanent.
