I for one do not get the stand the characters want to take...If the marriage is valid in the eyes of all...Asad did nothing wrong...he did not trade or loan Zoya...he by no means could allow another's wife to stay in his house...uptil here he thinks the marriage is valid...even if accidental.Asad knows two truths.Nikhat ki haalat bura hai aur aapka nikah ho gaya...He accepts that by a twist of fate, she was married to his brother- a mess they had to sort out before they themselves got married. BUT NOT THAT NIGHT.When he took her to SM, it was not to play a drama...just a necessary step that had to be taken so that the uproar THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN CREATED by the religion and society- Qasi and Haseena- did not spread- BASICALLY, DAMAGE CONTROL. With the full faith that he'd be returning home with her since neither Ayan nor Zoya nor any one in the two families wanted this AT THAT POINT IN TIME. (Acc to him...Shireen and Gafy had realised by then that the only solution was Asad giving up Zoya- but not Raziya, Rashid, Asad, Ayan or Zoya... Shireen knew, because she gave importance to her daughter over her SON'S happiness. Gafy because, his integrity mattered more than his daughter's happiness. )When he goes to SM..he sees the Qazis there..who officiate an already invalid marriage...coz they have all forgotten..Zoya's abbu's name was wrong...None of them know that Zoya's Abbu's name was wrong. Zoya and Ayan had not heard what was recited to them at all...and the qasi who conducted the nikah will not remember the LAST NAME..Kahan hai aapki Dulhan- Zoya? They don't remember her surname...They did not ask, "kahan hai aapki Dulhann, Zoya Fared..." Convenient na.😉BTW, I did not hear that part clearly, if it was Fared like U all swear, it simply means Gul is going to revisit this FORCED NIKAH SOON...👏 I hope.🤔So safe to say at this point of time...all three of them think it's valid and none of them know that they have signed on a divorce paper..and they are sure it's a temporary arrangement...Asad was not aware of this until Ayaan told him..mostly because Zoe told him it will be tough to return from where he is sending her..marriage means a lot to her.All three don't think the same way. Or do they?😕😆Asad is def more a stickler for rules compared to Ayan and Zoya. Ayan and Zoya had planned to keep it from him, and pretend it did not happen.Imagine if Nikhat had not happened at all, what would have been the scene? Zoya would have married Asad, provided she kept the secret from him.What if Nikhat had not happened, Ayan wanted her to keep quiet, but Zoya wanted no secrets from Asad, and she told him...HE WOULD HAVE REFUSED TO MARRY HER, UNTIL THE DILEMMA WAS SOLVED in a 'proper'manner...but he would not have sent her away, either. He would still love her as his amanat, after breaking Ayan's head.😉😆Even now, Asad knows he has NO RIGHTS OVER HER- he considers her married like the first instance the news was broken to him. But that only means he cannot demand her back...she is always free to come to him. He would shelter her.It is this freedom Zoya and Ayan swear by. They don't feel bound to each other in any way, other than a PLEASE and THANK YOU from Ayan's side. They know it is not a matter to be handled lightly any more.Ayan reassures his brother ONLY BECAUSE HE KNOWS HOW TRAUMATISED HE IS. Otherwise, he knows he has no rights over her at all- nikah or not.He will not take up the responsibility of a shauhar, but he will keep this farce- as he still calls it-, going on for the sake of his sister.Zoya is the least bothered now. She never considered this a nikah, because her definition of a nikah is CRYSTAL CLEAR. This is just a drama for her. But it tears through her heart that she was forced to sign a stupid document that had not the name that was written on her heart. (I really hope Gul explores this issue further...there is a lot of meat here.)In that case Asad did no wrong..he only left Zoya at her husband's place...when Zoe's screaming a refusal in front of the Qazi's should have made it invalid right away, it wasn't done...who is Asad to give into her demand even if she says she does not consider this a marriage? Ayaan came and told him that it's temporary and he wants to let Zoya know...that's it...but Zoe already considers this temporary..coz from day 1 she thought she had just come for one day...Asad did not plead with her to do something that was already not done. To him, the damage was done, aapka nikah ho gaya. It could have been set right, taking her home, if there were no complications involved. As of now, there was only one solution- bend to what the religion demanded of him. Because the law said it clearly- (AApka nikah ho gaya...when he had begged her to tell him IT WAS A JOKE, she herself had CONFIRMED that the nikah had taken place.)Miss Faruqui ka nikah ho gaya hai, aur ek patni ki sahi jagah uske shauhar ke ghar mein hai.A truth he NEED not have acknowledged, if he had not been forced to. And the only force here now is NIKHAT'S LIFE, not the religion or society. He is never going to throw Zoya away for a piece of paper or some stupid ritual, however important that may have been in the past for him.When Ayaan and Zoe do not share a room, are taking this as a farce..how does Asad talking to Zoe labelled as infidelity? Aren't Ayaan and Humz thinking of each other?Precisely!👏We all need to decide...if it's valid then Asad is not wrong in leaving Zoe there..and if it is invalid then there is no infidelity involved...Asad being wrong and it being infidelity cannot happen at the same time...The point is that Asad would never have left her there, just because of a kaagaz ka thukda...letting her living under his roof after the accidental nikah or FORCED, FAKE nikah with Ayan would not amount to infidelity. Because he has not kept her under any force...she has gone willingly to him, and her so called shauhar wants exactly the same. And living under the same roof and comforting an upset girl does not amount to infidelity.HE HAS EVERY RIGHT TO REASSURE HER!So, there is no point expecting Asad to forget his feelings, when none of the other four have. Humeira should be bashed too, then.😉 Her Abbu had officiated the marriage...and she continues to dream about Ayan! She should at least respect her Abbu's decision.😉😆I think this is a bad case of inconsistent writing...the characters don't know what they are doing..and it is not at all clear...👏👏👏Inconsistent writing..not really...it is not inconsistent, I would say they are not crystal clear...which they should have been. Because they have lost their viewers now, - the majority have not been patient thru the track in the first place. 4 L should have known better than to let the suspense kill their audience.😆And some dialogues were quite confusing if U didn't bother to sit down and think patiently.I was not happy when it was aired, looked like a whole lot of BS...in the name of drama...but the characters have been quite clearly written, if we can overlook the absurdity of the so called twist!🤢😆
