i have assumed few things from some spoiler... i read here...

!. zoya is pregnant with asad child which no one knows( F32 article about the guy entered in guitar and a confusing article about consummation )
2. there is a possiblity of a leap

Zoya knows siddique is her father... and does forgive and accept him... after 2 month over she gets humeria and ayyan married... leaves for NY... and request asad not to disturb her anymore...
After 3 years:
Bhopal hospital
siddique is admitted in hospital bcoz of chest pain... razia is dead... humeria and ayaan are taking care of him...
S: i want to meet zoya... please ask her to come and see me...
H: i will call her abbu... i am sure apppi will come ...
over the phone... Humeira informs zoya... zoya is in touch with the family over the phone for the last years... but never visits bhopal...but agrees this time and tells she will be there in two days...
airport:
Ayyan is waiting in the airport...
zoya walks in the luggage in one hand and cute baby girl holds zoya others hand... has her own pink pack bag...
Zoya is still angry with ayaan. doesnt speak much to him... just acknowledges his presence...
ayann takes the lugguage... and puts them in the back... by then zoya appi calls... and zoya moves a little.

Baby: hi... i am asya... asya asad ahmed khan...
A:he is stunned... then smiles... and hugs her and says... i am ur chachu...
Asya: really... so u r my chaachu... ayyaan chaachu.
A: yes princess...
Asya: ammi said we r going to meet dadu...as he is not feeling well...
A: she we go now...
zoya finishes her phone and come to the car...
Asya: ammi is he my chaachu...
Z: yes he is... and doesnt say anything else...
hospital
H and Z hug each other... and Z sees her sleeping father... inside... and introduce H as mausi(her sis) to asya...)
and H and Z leave asya with A and go to see the Doctor..

A: where is ur abbu...

Asya: abbu is always busy in meeting... he is working hard for me... i dont remember seeing abbu... but ammi... says i am abbu princess... for myself to have big kingdom... and palace.. daddy is working hard...i miss dad. when i go to play school... when my friend dad but them ice cream... but dad is working for me,,,,,, ??
A: do u want to meet ur abbu and surprise him...
Asya: ofcourse... i love to see abbu...

Ayyan picks up his phone... calls asad and ask him to come to hospital with dilshad,,... he doesnt say anything abt zoya being here...

Asad and Dilshad come to hospital... Asad come in view of asya.. and ayaan...
asya sees asad in front of him... she just runs to him...
asad see a baby girl... towards ...him... bends to her level.. sitting on his knees...
asya hugs... shocked asad... and screams... abbu... u came to meet ut princess...
As; doent understand... but the small ipad drops from asya hands... he sees the 3 of their picture...
Asad: ofcourse princess... daddy is here to see her princess...
