Baa and Babuji arrive at chawl on the occasion of Bharti’s wedding . Anupama 8s thrilled and Bharti feels lucky and seeks blessings. Pakhi arrives and s more nterested in her daughter’s shining new car , rather than Anupama or the wedding.

Rajni and Varun arrive at the venue and they get very special welcome by Anupama and the chawl. They both are impressed n surprised . Rajni and Varun fake their fondness for the Chawl members and showers fake affection for Bharti . She then gives her Shagun on the occasion of Mehendi by handing her legal papers of the land that was fraudulently snatched away from her father at her native village. Bharti is very grateful and emotional for this as Rajni informs how she got her lawyer on this job in a hurry so that the marriage can take place without any worried for Bharti. . The chawl members too are very grateful for Rajni for her help.
the mehendi ritual begins and there is lots of Singing n dancing by Anupama and all chawl members and family members. They pull in the bride n groom and Rajni too.
Rajni is seen emotionally blackmailing Anupama to sign the legal document which will hand over Chawl to the builders . Anupama seeks time to go thru the papers but Rajni makes excuses for being in a hurry . Anupama refuses to sign the papers without reading g but Rajni explains the urgency . Anupama then understands and tries to go thru the papers right there but she complains that previously they were in Hindi but this time they are in English with lots of L gal jargon which is is unable to understand. Rajni assures her legal team has checked the papers and she tok has gone thru it in details . Anupama is hesitant but proceeds to sign the, but right then they are distracted by the sudden arrival of Rahi . Rajni and Varun fume but put on fake smiles.
