Nice post! Good points you made about Zoya. I honestly feel sorry for every character. You're right though, she feels guilty, and that's what may make her stay at SM.
Just like everyone else, she's cornered, she's helpless. This is such a huge mess where no one can really think properly at the moment, and everyone feels trapped.
The only thing that I wanted to see though was her fight for herself and Asad. I honestly did not feel sorry for her at all up until the point Ayaan brought up her coming to SM. Everything before that I thought was her mistake and biggest of all, she should have told her suspicions from day one about Imran. The same thing had happened with Tanveer, she didn't tell anyone and thought she could handle it herself, but something worse happened in the end.
At the end of the day, no one can force her to do anything, she will decide to stay with Ayaan.

that's the part that's confusing right now, cuz we dont know what exactly is Asad thinking... If Asad considers this nikhah real then he will try to keep Zoya and Ayaan together :(

I posted a thread showing Sympathy to Zoya but now after watching that she didnt tell Asad what exactly happened and let people take control of her life like a abala, I lost sympathy for her ...she deserves what she got because of not the mistakes she did but because she didnt give right information for right people. All characters are at fault for this situation including Zoya and I officially lost sympathy for her.
I hoped for a progressive women in Zoya not a regressive women who can't even stand up for her own rights and get punished/sacrificed 100 times more that the mistake she committed. Learn to stand up for yourself otherwise you have face the consequences.

I respect your opinions, but the whole situation is a huge mess right now. Everything is being done in a haste with no time to react. I can imagine Zoya is in shock of what happened and doesnt even know how the nikhah happened so how is she going to explain it to Asad ... and with Nikhat's condition Asad isn't even letting her defend herself, his main priority atm is to get Nikhat out of danger.

The last time I made a post about Zoya was when I was calling her a hypocrite for rushing Najma-Imraan to get married and not worrying about Nikaht's feelings.

Today I'm making a post in her defense.

I know everyone's entitled to their own opinions but I dont get how other people especially women dont feel sorry for her or are saying Zoya deserves all this. Like but yourself in Zoya's shoes, would you really deserve being forced into a loveless marriage all because you made some unintentional mistakes while trying to help someone (Najma-trying to prevent her life from getting ruined). Granted Zoya should have told someone before leaving or should have at least called Asad when she sat down at the community hall... but we dont know what her thought process was exactly. What ever her thoughts were made sense to her... Perhaps maybe she didnt tell anyone she was leaving the house because she didnt have time to explain things. She was in a hurry to get to the place so she can see hear Imraan-Tanveer's conversation which unfortunately didnt happen... and then maybe at the community hall she didnt call anyone because she was scared, there were goons around her. If I was her with goons around me, forget a phone call I would be so scared to even whisper a sound. Also imagine after running away from goons, what your heart rate and state of mind would be like... does everyone think clearly in these kinds of situations? No. Why? Because everyone is different.

And then on top of all that, Najma and Imraan actually got married!! Imagine what Zoya's going through right now. All that guilt: the guilt of not being able to stop Najma-Imraan's wedding, the guilt of Nikhat-Farhan's rishta breaking because of her nikhah fiasco, and the guilt of Nikhat attempting suicide. And now with Zoya being forced to live with Ayaan, imagine the more guilt she's feeling, the guilt of making Asad feel betrayed, the guilt for inflicting so much pain on Dilshaad, breaking her heart too. Her guilt's going to get even more worse when she's going to have to face Humaira. Imagine having to face a woman everyday, the woman who's dreams you've shattered (she knows about Humaira loving Ayaan and Humaira-Ayaan getting engaged since she witnessed it), the woman who's man you snatched. If Zoya finds out Humaira is her sister and she's still married to Ayaan, imagine how horrible Zoya will feel. We all know AsYa are endgame but if you were in Zoya's position, would you ever be able to get past the fact that you married your little sister's love? Wont that mistake taunt you for the rest of your life?

I think for the mistakes Zoya committed (if you consider Zoya at fault), this accidental nikhah was too big of a punishment. As a woman I truely do feel sympathetic towards Zoya.

Sorry if I was harsh, didn't mean to hurt anyone

👏👏
NOBODY with her kind of disposition deserves what has been dished out to her. She is overall a very pure and good soul just a little hap hazard .
