Loved how Zoya handled the emergency. Very calmly and maturely! It's very easy to second guess your decision especially when the patient is a prospective parent-in-law and the children are not around! Been there, done that! Zoya made the right call and it probably saved Dilshaad's life! Najma toh bachhi hai, she would have panicked!

Hopefully, Dilshaad will remember this incident when Zoya's parentage is revealed and will give Zoya a chance.

Loved how you showed Asad torn between his love and his Ammi's happiness. Poor dear! No child should go through such angst due to their Parents' past. 😭

So the spoilt brat is growing up and how! WOnder how Asad shall react when he finds out - will be very guilty I would think and then angry for not being informed and then thankful that Zoya handled the situation...
