Hun trust comes with time. He's learning to trust her and Asad has trust issues since his childhood. If we are not gunna try to understand his character and what he's going through and what he's been through, I don't think you will understand his love for Zoya or why he does whatever he does. So, I don't think you are going to see him in positive light whatsoever. As a viewer, I'm very much satisfied with Asad's love for Zoya.

He did say he believes her but asked her to show proofs. That was his step towards trust. WE cannot expect him to just get up and say yes Zoya I trust you, let's kick Billo out. I understand that his blind faith in Tannu is irritating and unrealistic. It's equally annoying and irritating to me as well and I absolutely hate it. He might have his reasons or whatever the case be, I don't even wanna get into that. Forum32's article said, there might be a back-story as to why he blindly trusts Billi. I don't know the back-story, hence I'm not even going to comment anymore on that. But with Zoya, even Zoya herself did so much stuff which is why he didn't trust her. I'm not saying Zoya is wrong, her intentions are always right but she does mess stuff up a lot. but lately, he had developed a lot of understanding and trust. If you are gunna see things as Zoya's fan or you are nto going to put your dislike for Asad aside, I don't think you can see Asad in positive light or you can understand his actions.

Even now, even though he's totally devastated, shattered, lonely, depressed, you're still saying he doesn't love Zoya enough. I don't see desperation. The thing is different times call for different measures. Why would he be desperate now? To ask for forgiveness when she doesn't wanna see his face? When he knows he's the reason of her pain? When he himself thinks he has wronged her? betrayed her? He's completely shattered, devastated, lost, his day starts with her and ends with her, sees her everywhere, crying day and night, doesn't eat properly, slept on the floor just because she sleeps there, curses himself, stayed all night outside the orphanage because she's not well and you say he doesn't love her enough? What do you want him to do? Kill himself? Just because he's not desperate to meet her he doesn't love her? he has clearly stated he wants her to forget him and move on because she deserves better so why would he be desperate to meet her? Yes he wanted to ask her for forgiveness but she said she doesn't wanna meet him, so he respected her wishes and didn't meet her. Now he's respecting her wishes, understanding her, doesn't force her and is accepting her as is. This is love now. Selfless love as Delena90 said in her post!
