I know old habits die hard but during her wedding day with pre-romance going on, it sounds so informal
During tanveer asad aftermath when shes in shock it's still Mr Khan Mr Khan...and it was not said purposely to sound formal as she did not say it spitefully
Asad does call her Ms Faroqi when he is in absolute control of what he is saying, when he is relaxed and going it over in his head but when needed in the scene he does call her Zoya
