Guys...let us just set our differences about Asya for once here and think about a very serious issue here...RAPE!

Mrs Gul Khan has tried to portray the much talked about scene as SEDUCTION...but it was undeniably RAPE. Does it matter whether its a woman or a man ? NO. It doesn't. Rape is a crime...the rapist shout be prosecuted and should be behind bars. Reports... data shows that most rapes are committed by the people the victim knows.

In QH Billo is a dear friend of Asad whom he trusts and respect...but instead what did she do...she drugged him and raped him. Now, the question is not whether they did it or not...the real problem here is they showed it as Seduction.

I have seen many posts with a concern that Gul might try to enforce a marriage b/w Asad and Billo or even an engagement. Now here is what is very important ...THE MESSAGE...A VICTIM should not MARRY the RAPIST under any circumstances...rape victims undergo PTSD ...they need counseling...a huge support system...lots of assurance...but the last thing they need is guilt ...the thought that in anyway they were responsible for the horrendous crime...and they definitely cannot be coerced into marrying their RAPIST to save their honor. This is not medieval or prehistoric era...this is the 21st century where there is a rape happening in every second.

With the growing rape cases in India this will be a wrong message for Mrs Khan to portray if she thinks of pursuing any kind of relationship between Asad and Billo.

Billo is a RAPIST.

PS: I hope we can leave our differences aside for once and work together for this cause.I work in a Domestic violence shelter...I interact with rape victims on a daily basis...I have seen their pain and trauma. Rape is a crime...and victims cannot marry Rapists period. People need to voice their opinion on this issue. This is a wrong message and should not be accepted. This is a real life issue...and not a mere plot in a fiction. They cannot play with a serious issue like this.

Agree dear this is clearly sexual assault or rape that Gul showed
She can't just brush it off as seduction and go ahead with drama

Drama here makes how Gul treated sensible issue for the sake of trps and sent out a wrong message
They can't shove it down are throats as seduction and carry their drama. Doesn't make sense

Asad needs justice and Gul I would be highly disappointed if you brush off such sensible issue
If you have guts to show well better properly handle it don't make fun of it

agree with your view a 100%... that's the thought that crossed my mind the moment the scene was aired... whether man or woman, this is rape and the perpetrator should be punished... using such cheap gimmicks in the name of drama / trps is just not right! hope the issue will be portrayed or addressed with sensitivity rather than melodrama... the whole acid in the mehendi track was also not rightly handled, especially in the treatment of acid burns!

Agree with all of you...I have already said it and I will say it again...Cvs and Gul HAVE to show Tanveer in the same light as a Man rapist...

There was no "seduction" in what Tanveer did...That was a sexual assault, They cant make it look like nothing...

If this scene happened with a female character they would have gone hell to make The man look like a Hevan/Animal and what not...So why now they will show it only as a "seduction"...

When Man does that its "sexual assault" when woman does that its "seduction"...?? why so double standard...??

And yes, A RAPE victim cant marry the RAPIST...she showed that in Maryams Track...now she has to do the same now too...

It will HURT me, us if she just showed that as Tanveer was only seducing Asad...

This is a social issue that Gul has dragged into this and that to as seduction but ppl in India are aware enough to know what is rape and what is seduction...i am sure he was injected with Rohypnol the date rape drug...it's a crime.

thanks. Yes a rape is a crime and the punishment should be equal whether its commented by a man or a woman...the fact they used a date rape drug here is appalling...it shows what happens when such drugs are accessible. I am sure Gul never expected such an outburst ...she thought she could get away with showing it as seduction.
